Tour was great. Viator appears to have challenges. - The tour and tour guides were great! There was an issue with the booking. It appears that Viator never forwarded our booking details to the company. The was resolved by the tour company after a delay.

Quad ride like no other - Was an amazing journey into the mountains, the different terrain, an occasional cow or two, through several small villages on the way, stopping at a wonderful river site and swimming for a while, then off to tequila tasting mighty fine stop. The views and sights would advise everyone to go. Special thanks to Ramón the sales man with Greyline tours, whom I have become very good friends with, he has gone out of his way to help me navigate my time while in Puerto Valerta on several occasions

So much fun - Our adventure was great from start to finish, staff was very nice and welcoming. Our tour guide was awesome. At our first stop we stop at a restaurant/bar that has a beautiful sitting area with pools and water streams. The tequila tasting was great a must do. The the scenery was just spectacular. This is a must do and something we would do again.

Fun Tour Up The River - The tour starts off on city streets and then on dirt roads going up the Cuale River. There are three stops. One at a bar which is next to the river, and you have an opportunity to wade in the river. You can also purchase a drink at the bar. The second stop is at a tequila tasting area. You can purchase drinks here, then after the tequila tasting you can purchase bottles of tequila, vanilla and agave syrup. The last stop is at a restaurant that sits next to the river where you can purchase your lunch. Overall, it's a good tour. Maybe too many stops. There is a photographer that goes along with the tour taking pictures of everyone. He then tries to sell an overpriced package. Our photographer got indignant with me when I tried to haggle for a lower price. Just beware.

Fun 4 Wheeling - Great trip. True 4 wheeling. Not for a first timer. Not a hard ride, but there was a lot of people having trouble with their 4 wheelers(shifting gears) we were told not to shift gears and leave them in the gear it was in. They kept stalling and holding up the group. Beautiful scenery and perfect end to the ride was the restaurant that we started at. Workers were very polite and helpful. No pressure to buy anything.

Great but could be better by cutting one stop. - Good service and friendly staff. Great scenic tracks. Two stops; a bit unnecessary, an hour lunch and 30+ minutes tequila tasting out of 4 hours trip.

Fun Day - Great Shore Excursion - This would be a 5 but we had an issue with pick up. Still not sure if it occurred due to the ship using a different pier than anticipated or because the tour group was a little confused. In any event - the tour itself was great once we got to their main office about 10 minutes from the port ($5 via taxi - don't pay more). The drive up to the mountain resort area where the tour takes place was fascinating and fun - in a giant open jitney. Our ATV guide was patient and very sweet. The bridge and waterfall we stopped to see along the way were lovely, the refreshment area toward the end of the tour had a stunning view, and it was quiet and private the entire time! We would recommend this tour completely - and if you are worried about ATVing if you are beginner - no need - they go at your pace!!!

Find somewhere else - Misleading company, these are not genuine Polaris RZRs, but instead are Chinese copies, the staff don’t care, poorly maintained vehicles, rude staff. Seriously - find another, genuine RZR company.
