While the éclairs are baking, they will make a creamy chocolate pastry cream with a Mexican twist. After a well-deserved break, they will fill the choux, prepare the chocolate…

While the éclairs are baking, they will make a creamy chocolate pastry cream with a Mexican twist. After a well-deserved break, they will fill the choux, prepare the chocolate glaze, and decorate them. Finally, participants can taste these delicious éclairs and take the remaining ones home to enjoy after the class.
Enjoy this unique, completely hands-on workshop. Participants will have the opportunity to use our homemade 60% cocoa dark chocolate, known for its intense flavor. To top it off, they will bake while enjoying a stunning view overlooking the sea!
