A must see adventure - This was an absolutely amazing experience as part of our PV stay. I would highly recommend this adventure. History, culture, food, tequila tasting and much more

The time of pick up was... - The time of pick up was confusing. It said the time of the tour was 9am, but I had one e-mail that said 9:30 and another said 9:45.

Not what expected - Not what I expected thought we would see more historical sites ended up just being taken to businesses to purchase stuff (overpriced items) .Only got to see the main Puerto Vallarta sign, the church and this helicopter they say is from aliens and predators.

Nice day tour. - The tour started late. We had a nice visit to the chocolate shop. The town and walk along the water front where nice. We did not need to go to the jewelry store and leather shop. It was not listed on the tour and was a waist of our time. The drive to the other stops where good. We had a very nice dinner. The cost for the lunch was way more then we expected to pay. When I had contacted them about the lunch they said we would have choices. We only had one choice to eat at and never informed of the cost until we where at the isolated location. The lunch was good but quite a lot more then we had planned on spending for any meal. We also had to rush back to meet our time to the ship. We where the last group to arrive to the ship.

A disappointing experience - I booked this tour for my family. We were picked up from our accommodation and taken to a central location to board vehicles for the tour. Despite the scheduled 9am start time for the tour we started at 10am due to waiting for passengers on the pickups. We were loaded into an aged mini bus. Despite being the first picked up, somehow we got loaded into the back seat of the bus. The air on was working to some extent but at the back of the bus it was hot and stuffy. At our first stop I tried to move to a forward seat but was told by the driver to remain in the same seats for the day. The streets and roads around Puerto Vallarta are far from smooth and it was a very uncomfortable ride. The sights were great and enjoyed that port of the tour but the driver had absolutely no consideration for our comfort. Despite bringing this to his attention on numerous occasions, intend of offloading us first to our accommodation, he elected to drop last on, first off which I found unnecessary. The mini bus was quite old and not to a standard expected for this tour.

Not a great experience as... - Not a great experience as it was supposed to be a city tour but we did not walk the city nor was anything explained to us. We were dropped off at the church and told to return in 30min for pickup. In the van the guide did not wear a microphone so even though he talked some none could hear him.

Tour is a con! Beware! Not 5 hours! Not without lunch! Extra money and time needed for lunch which is not optional - The tour description says tour starts at 9 am but we were picked from hotel at 9 and taken around town for 1 hour before tour started. The tour specified without lunch and 5 hour tour but tour went on for 7 hours and that too because our hotel was first stop on the way back. Without lunch was the name of the tour but in fact the tequila factory had lunch at additional cost and you couldn’t come back if you don’t want to have lunch. You stay around and wait while rest of the people in van are having lunch so you are forced to buy lunch. Do even though we were in an all inclusive resort we ended up shelling extra money for lunch. The sightseeing was only at malecon boardwalk. Rest of the places we were shown were all shops for buying things where you shell out more money. Tequila making was more like tequila tasting. Tour Puerto Vallarta - Disappointing Tour Experience I was really looking forward to this tour, but unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The minibus was extremely cramped, making the ride uncomfortable—especially over longer distances. The limited air conditioning made it even worse, particularly in the heat. Another major issue was the amount of time wasted waiting—both at the initial pickup and at every stop along the way. We spent far too much of the day sitting around waiting for others, which significantly cut into the time actually enjoying the sights. Overall, the experience felt poorly organized and uncomfortable. I wouldn’t recommend this tour unless some serious improvements are made to the transportation and scheduling.

It was not pleasant at all. - This was a bad experience. We were to be picked up an hour before the tour. 2 hours later we’re crammed into the back of a minibus with no air at the back. Asked the driver if we could all switch seats after each stop. No. Because of the late start, stops were cut short not leaving much time to explore. We were first to be picked up and wee asked the driver to drop us off first. No. Another hour on the bus dropping late people off. You take a big risk with this tour and we do not recommend this tour company.

Not what we expected - We were expecting more historical information about the city, but unfortunately, our tour guide, Nancy, was not very informative. It also felt like she took us to specific shops where she might receive a commission. The tequila tasting was okay but could have been better, and the restaurant was a bit overpriced. The vehicle we traveled in was a cramped van, not suitable for larger individuals, and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly, making the ride extremely hot and uncomfortable. On the positive side, the photographer who accompanied us did a fantastic job capturing great pictures of our group, which was a highlight of the experience.
