A fun way to spend an afternoon - It was so much fun! Rod was a great teacher; his personality and knowledge of the subject are above and beyond. We learned a lot and had a great time doing it. And the chocolate we made was delicious. And a bonus was that it’s only 2-3 hours so it’s a fun way to spend a few hours without committing to an all-day experience.

Learn something about chocolate you never knew - If you are all about chocolate, this is a tour for you. You learn a lot about the history of chocolate in Mexico in the past 4,000 years. And then you get to taste and make chocolate. Ron was a great instructor.

Highlight of our trip - Martin was exquisite. Learned a lot of the history of chocolate and the tastings were amazing. Compared to other things we experienced this was definitely a highlight of our trip. Would definite recommend to anyone. Best part, unlike so many things we’ve had to deal with in PV, no one tried to up charge us on anything.

A must! - We absolutely loved it. Even my 5-year-old had a great time. Rod was very fun, patient, and knowledgeable. I learned a lot, from the origin of cacao to the different ways chocolate is spoken around the world. We made several chocolate drinks and crafted our own chocolate bars with toppings of our choice. Highly recommended.

Fun and chocolate filled - What a great class! Such interesting flavors and Rod truly loves what he does. Every second was entertaining. The class was fun with just a few other people attending and everyone really wanted to learn. And the chocolate of course was delicious. Glad we made the choice to go

Awesome class! - We learned so much and made delicious chocolate. The other group in our class had some rowdy kids, and our guide did a great job handling them and keeping the class moving. The chocolate tastes amazing, and we had a blast!
