Chocolate - This class was fun, informative and delicious. Zora was entertaining and very knowledgeable. She shared not only the history of chocolate, but it's history with Mexico. The tea and hot chocolate were not only tasty but addictive. Big bonus was taking home the chocolate we made. Highly recommend this experience.

Fun afternoon class and came away with something yummy! - Zoara was an entertaining and informative instructor. Lots of hands on activities - making the chocolates and the 3 different chocolate drinks. Interesting information about the history of chocolate and the different ancient Mexican cultures and how they used chocolate. Really enjoyed it. Only 5 in our class, so it was a nice low key atmosphere.

Great Experience - This was a lot of fun and a great way to spend an afternoon in Vallarta. Lots of opportunity to participate in hands on activity. Our instructor was very knowledgeable about the history of chocolate and the chocolate making process. The only suggestion I would have is for them to offer water to cleanse the palate between tasting different chocolate.

Experience chocolate making - My wife and I did the chocolate making experience. You basically sit at a table with about 8 people here some brief information on chocolate making and history then get into making chocolate pieces. You’ll peel chocolate beans, grind them with a pestle, grind them in a grinder, taste various hot chocolate concoctions, chocolate tea etc. Making your chocolate pieces is very simple then the refrigerate them and you can eat them later. Simple fun experience.
