Adrenaline Junkies! - Our tour with Unique ATV Tours was an exciting, adventurous, and adrenaline-filled rush! The tour guides—Beto, Adrian, and our main guide, "Staff"—were all on point. They were incredibly accommodating, friendly, and made sure we were very safe and got to our destination securely. Going through the mountains, rocks, and potholes was a blast, and Adrian's daredevil move of blocking the street with his motorcycle so we could get through was an unexpected and amazing extra part of the trip. Be prepared to get wet, muddy, and dirty, but the refreshing waterfall at the end is absolutely worth it. Also GREAT PRICE! Dont get the package from the hotels - go directly to Unique

Thanks to my guide - It was one of my best experiences during my stay in Puerto Vallarta, I want to say thank you very much to my guide his name is "BETO" there were more guides but I don't remember his name, the attention was very good and the treatment was the best; he gave me a tour of the place called Rancho Las Pilas he showed me the local fruits and where the water comes from the small rivers that there are. I want to recommend this guide, he was the best, he made me have a very good time that lasted my tour, the Tequila was also the best, the gentleman's name is Alexis,

great - we loved it, totally nice experience, great scenery, nice stops 2 eat at ,tequilla tasting was great, we brought 3 bottles and received them when we got back to the start of the tour

ATV jungle excursion - We were part of a 4 person buggy. The staff were incredible. Victor and Eddie were ao helpful. My husband uses a mobility scooter and it was no problem to put it in the back of our ride. They even went as far as carring him in a chair to the bar at the waterfall. They were attentive at every step. This couldn't have been a more exciting excursion. There were 14 in our group, individual riders and group riders. We also stopped for tequila tasting with Boogie and lunch at Moro Paraiso. Would 100% recommend.

Double ATV - Very good double ATV ride, the tour between the mountains is quite entertaining. It is not an extreme tour but it is quite fun. The attention of the guides is excellent and they are always watching the group. I highly recommend it.

Amazing tour!!! - We weren’t very convinced to take the tour, but we were encouraged and it was amazing the whole tour, stunning jungle views, the girl who took the pictures and videos super friendly, we were looking forward to return, we took the tour just before the pandemic started in March 2020, we hope to return soon 🙏🏻 Encourage yourself to take any of the tours offered by this Enterprise, the fun is completely guaranteed

Good tour although nothing extreme!! - A journey of about 3 hours, 1:30 outbound and the same way back, you drive more on pavement road than on land, there is only a puddle to get wet lol, they should make the journey on land more extreme (with more mud puddles) they should go with clothes that they can dirty, they will end up very muddy and dusty. When we arrived we were told that there was an error in our booking, we had to put pressure on the racers to give us, but in the end it was solved, apart from that the excellent guides and the racers in very good condition.

Great staff... but no real adventure. - Overall, this was a fun tour, though not one that I would likely book again. We got a good price on it after booking through a tour guy down on the Malecon, so that was definitely a win. We had to find something that my husband, who is only a few months out from a shoulder surgery could do, so our options were limited. We rode in the 4x4 UTV type vehicles. It was definitely interesting driving through the towns up into the jungle - something new and different for us. The crew is excellent. Their check-in facilities are great and they have a smooth process (though truly get there at or right after 9am and don't arrive too early like we did. lol.). They use the time between 9 and 930 to check everyone in, and you don't actually get started until about 930. The team on the quads kept us very safe (from traffic) and they did an excellent job keeping us all together and on track. Kudos to them. The "waterfall" and pools at the top are beautiful and fun to swim in, but you are only there for about 25 minutes, so it's quick. We were hoping to spot some interesting wildlife, or something, but no dice. Good bathrooms and beer though. After that, you stop at another lovely spot for the tequila tasting, but like a previous poster said, unless you are sampling the goods, it could be a pretty boring spot for kids to just have to hang out. On the way down, we approached one more stop, a restaurant, where half of our group stayed to eat and the other half continued back. Lots of cabs were waiting for all of us at the end, which was super convenient. As for the "adventure" part of it? It's something to do, and they do a good job with it, but there is not a single moment that gets your adrenaline pumping... so if that is what you are looking for, this might not be the tour for you. I would recommend this more for folks who aren't really into or able to do the more exciting excursions, but who want to get up into the mountains/jungle just to say that they were there. Again though, the staff was great. We tipped well at the end - make sure that you do, too. ;)

Worst PV tour ever - We have been coming to Puerto Vallarta since 2006. I have to say this was the worse excursion we have booked yet. The first part was nice. You stop at a nice place that has pools that the mountain stream runs through that you can swim in. But they rush you out of there; you are only allowed 20 minutes. You then get back on your ATV, where they rush you down the road and you have to stop at a tequila bar to listen to a tequila sales pitch. You then stay about 45 minutes. Much longer than the first stop with the pools. The brochure says “tequila tasting”, not that you’re going to stay at a bar for half of the tour. If you have kids with you Ike I did, your family has to sit there and waste precious time while you wait for the others to finish drinking. Most of the ride takes place on city streets getting to the trails, with lots of speed bumps you have to slow down for. Not much off-road trails like depicted on the brochure. Very, very disappointing. I spoke to the owner that was there. He really had no interest in addressing my complaints. Very poor customer relations.

FRAUD - Fraudulent They take you to a tequila tasting where they sell you tequila and switch out cheap bottles for expensive ones, and charge the credit card twice. He promised he could ship it any where but when I called he said he could not. Buggy refused to refund the money.
