- Flight delays are common; if your flight or the one before yours is delayed, anticipate a 30-minute driver delay. The office will maintain communication to update you on your driver’s status.
- You will receive your driver’s name and phone number one day before your reservation, should you need it.
- This service is one-way. For round-trip service, please book this product twice, including all necessary details for each service (pickup time, pickup location, drop-off location, and a valid phone number - the driver will contact you before each service).
- PICKUP and DROP-OFF are available at Airbnb, Hotels, Ports, Airports, and any specified location in the selected municipalities - San Juan and Humacao.
- Ensure to specify your pick-up and drop-off locations during booking.
