Amazing experience - A great trip, very eco-conscious and knowing that the proceeds go towards the local indigenous community was nice. Dinner was delicious and the tour guide Maricel was very friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend corazon tours.

It was a lovely peaceful... - It was a lovely peaceful experience watching fireflies and bioluminescent plankton. Bring insect repellent.

Highly recommend! - We had a wonderful experience on our firefly tour in Puerto Princesa. From the moment we booked, the company was incredibly easy to get in contact with and very responsive, answering all of our questions promptly, which made everything feel stress-free. The experience itself was magical and the food at the buffet was delicious. The price was very worth the experience we had. Our driver, Mark, was friendly and made the ride comfortable, and our guide, B Boy, truly made the tour special. He shared so much interesting information about the Philippines while keeping things light and fun with true Filipino humor. He was knowledgeable, engaging, and a joy to spend the evening with. We would have absolutely loved to do more tours with B Boy and highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Puerto Princesa.

5 stars! - I was lookingfor something to do that night and came across this. Not expecting much but it was an amazing trip! Lots of fireflies on the peaceful river, excellent knowledgable boatman and the buffet back at the launch point was delicious. Highly recommend

Lovely night out - Great guide, lots of local information. Not far from PPS and the food was fantastic. Enjoyed the quiet river and there were some fireflies. Well worth the value.

Fun trip - If you've never seen fireflies, take this trip. River boat thru mangroves with thousands of glowing fireflies. Dinner at a local roadside restaurant

Light in the dark. - This was really cute . My Pinoy partner relived his childhood when he was catching fire flies in the river . The food was great and we really enjoyed going through the mangroves by night. For me the first time to have a fire fly in my hand. It is magic and reminds me of the Pater Pan story . Go do the tour.

Particular night excursion - Particular night excursion on the Nagsaguipi river to admire the many fireflies that populate the mangroves of the river. Tours generally start shortly after sunset, and take place in an unspoilt area, away from light pollution. You get on a small traditional rowing boat with 8 seats. Conducting and rowing is the task of the accompanying sailor and this is also to minimize noise and not disturb the natural environment. At times groups of fireflies appear flying over mangrove trees. I thought I was seeing more from what I had read, maybe the weather or the weather conditions weren't ideal. You cannot use the flash to take photos (understandable) also because, in this case, it is ineffective, so “no photos”. Recommended use of an insect repellent, as the area is wet and rich in mosquitoes. After the excursion, you return to the center where you can dine at self-service, decent food quality, reduced choice

Good, not great - The fireflies were interesting but after about 5 minutes, I had seen enough. Some of the other guests were really amazed so I just might be easily bored 😁 The food was good and there was plenty of it. I have no complaints, it just wasn't a thrilling tour.
