Best day ever - They are so wonderful. It was so exhilarating. They’re so peaceful and took time with everybody to make sure everyone had a great time. Nobody was in a hurry. The whole group had such an exciting exhilarating adventure from zip line to horseback riding to the ATV quad. it was a full day of fun

Fun Getaway - It was the best experience ever. The staff went over the top. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I love how excited and happy they were to see us enjoying their country. The lunch was delicious. We had an amazing time.

Most fun out here - My wife and I did this excursion from start to finish it was amazing. The zip line crew was professional, knowledgeable and kept us safe throughout the course. The horse back ride was breathtaking, peaceful and what was needed to get away from the everyday. The food was outstanding, the smell of the flavor just amazing. The guys that took us out on ATV rides were incredible, they took us through back roads and water we had a blast. The sad reality was like everything else it came to an end. But the memories and the fun we had will stay with us for a lifetime.

Perfect Excursion for Families with Young Kids! - I have a four-year-old who is a little adventurer, and this was the perfect tour for him to experience a little bit of everything. I didn’t want a full day of doing just one thing, so this excursion was like a sampler — horseback riding, ATVs, zip lines — all in one, and it was just right for him. He got to ride on his own horse, which worried me at first, but they had a guide with him the whole time so it was the BEST experience for him. The ATVs he obviously couldn't drive, but he got to sit in front of me an really enjoyed it. We drove through lots of water (which was his FAV) and even past some cows. For the ziplines, he went on most by himself, but they had two that we were able to go together. He was scared at first but quickly figured out he loved it and couldn't get enough! We adults had such a great time too! Everything was wonderful. The staff were so friendly and helpful, always making sure everyone was comfortable and safe. And the lunch was amazing — they cook some very good food, and you will definitely not leave hungry. The ONLY thing I regret is not bringing enough cash. They have a vendor there at the ranch, they take you to a local shop on the ATV tour, they take pictures of your adventures (most of these things you CAN put on a card if needed) and there are SO many guides with you, as well as the amazing cooks, I wish I would have brought more money for tips for all of them. The description does mention a pool, so we brought swimsuits just in case. But the day was so full of activities that we never even thought about using it. Honestly, the pool didn’t look like the best setup compared to what we had back on the ship, but that wasn’t why we chose this excursion, so it didn’t matter to us at all. Just forget the suimsuits and enjoy the adventures! This was the perfect balance of adventure and family fun, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Dominican Republic, especially with kids.

I absolutely recommend... - I absolutely recommend this VIP experience for anyone wanting adventure! All of the staff were friendly and welcoming, as well as knowledgeable and safety-oriented. I was the only horseback rider and am experienced, so we were able to canter and lope! The experience didn’t feel rushed at all and I didn’t want to leave!

Staff was friendly and... - Staff was friendly and good activities . Food was prepared on-site and fresh. Food was tasty. Activities were guided with proper safety.

VIP Pass not as described - We scheduled the VIP pass with ATV, lunch, zip line, horseback riding. The time to arrive for activities was 7am. Tour bus arrived 815. We arrived at location and we did the ATV first, we got back no direction on what was next. No assigned tour guide to ensure you went from activity to activity. We asked about doing the other activities we were rushed to do the zip line before we needed to leave and get back to the boat. Of coarse, the zip line is when we started to get food so we had to kiss eating to zip line. The atv and zip line was fun however, very unorganized and no direction from staff. We asked if we could do lunch and horseback riding next week since we would be back and the guy said he would message me via viator. No message received. I feel like that was a stall tactic to not refund us our money.
