Robert is the best driver and the waterfalls are amazingly fun - We had the best driver- Robert- who was amazing. We talked with him for the entire 3 hour drive both ways, and learned tons of stuff about Donovan Culture and the country’s history, and the landscapes, and shared a lot of stories back and forth. Once we got to the excursion our good luck continued with some amazing zip lines and an awesome trip down the falls. The guides on the waterfalls: Jacobo and Tony- constantly checked in with us personally and made sure we were having fun and what to do next. The river bed was beautiful and the waterfalls we super exhilarating to jump or slide off.

Waterfall trip - Just a great experience. It was beautiful a short hike about twenty minutes or so. Not difficult. A moderate climb. The guides were fun and helpful

27 puddles of Damajagua - The service from Mamajuana Tavel is very satisfactory. Our guide Abraham joined us like a family, and the entire journey was very comfortable. The 27 puddles activity is very short, if there was a place to stay and swim after the jumps and slides it would be much better. However, I had a great time and I loved the experience of the natural slides. In addition, the guys who took us on the tour helped those of us who don't know how to swim.

Fun and convenient! - We had a great time with Alexander! He picked us up early from our Airbnb and drove us to the 27 waterfalls. Didn’t have any problems with the booking or scheduling. Super fun tour and even got to see some of Santiago on the way back. I would recommend!

Unforgettable experience! It's one of the trips I'd take again. - This tour to the 27 Pools with Mamajuana Travel was amazing! Our driver and guide, Abraham, was the best... made the ride super comfortable. Although the tour in the puddles was a little short, it was intensely exciting and entertaining. In short, this tour took my five stars. It is a memorable and super exciting experience, ideal for nature lovers.

Average Experience - Overall an average experience. Driver from Santo Domingo was great! Was hospitable and kind. When we got to the waterfalls - the tour operator only spoke Spanish; was hoping for an English speaking guide. The excursion itself was about 2 hours long. Lunch was included at the falls.

Incorrect information, not able to participate - Horrible. We were unable to participate in most of the activity due to lack of information and lack of preparation. Requirements for participation were not communicated untjl we arrived onsite. The details were misrepresented.
