Amazing experience - This was one of the memorable and fun excursion my fiancée and I have done the past couple of years. It’s our first time in Puerta Plata, Dominican Republic and it won’t be our last. Tony and Juan were our guides. They made sure we understood the guidelines and kept us safe. I absolutely love them! Very down to earth and professional. They pick you up at your resort or Airbnb. They start at 8:00 am picking up groups and it goes till 4:30 pm. You start off hiking the waterfalls. There is an incline so make sure to pack good water/walking shoes. Also is it required to wear helmets and life jacket/vest which the park provides. Once you are there, you can either jump, go down the slide or ladder. After that we drove to another location to have lunch. The food was pretty good! They provide beverages and water. After that, we went to a store which they sold gifts. There you will learn about the Dominican Republic. Then we proceeded to did the horseback riding and zip lining out in the mountains/country. All were super fun and beautiful scenic views! This is worth the experience!

The Best adventure. - Amazing amazing experience with runners adventures! The shuttle was on time and they have airconditioning inside. Demetrio our driver is amazing he made sure were safe and always gives us water. Floricel our tour guide is very entertaining and fun. He is also very knowledgeable and funny. He gives us full breakdown about every historical things in the area. This triple adventure is worth the money! The falls are great, the zipline is exhalirating and the horses are great. Lunch is perfect no complaints! Will book with them again if we ever go back to Dominican Republic! Good job 10/10

Lots of fun! - Really fun. A lot of walking/hiking. Wear proper water shoes forsure. Bring a phone waterproof pouch to take pictures at the falls. Atleast 1-1/2 total hiking for the falls! Lunch is good. Ziplining is 8 different lines. It was great. Some more hiking so be prepared for that as well! Beautiful views. Horseback riding was fun. The horse won’t listen to you when you try and control them. They just follow the horse infront of them lol. Watch out for the barbwire fence. They seem to try and walk close to it. Overall great experience!

memorable experience - Very nice experience! We took the falls/horseback riding/zip line package. Memorable day with our guide Floricel. Magnificent landscapes and thrills. We slid or jumped (your choice) in 7 waterfalls. Followed by a small dinner with Dominican flavors. Then a short 45 minutes of horseback riding. And to finish several zip line courses. Everything is safe and well supervised. A great day of fun. :)

Read this honest review - Waterfall adventure involves standing in line for 1hour+, horses is 15 min max, zip line is 30 min, overall lots of fun, but be prepared to wait in lines for the waterfalls, guide was super nice and helpful, they gave lots and lots of water, food was 5/10

Mixed review. - Carlos (guide) and Demetrio(bus driver) were on time and very attentive. The horseback riding and ziplining were excellent. We were in a small group, it was run well and efficiently so we had the full experience. We were brought to the waterfalls (which is run by a different group), placed in a group with 100 people (not an exaggeration) and herded through the jumps and waterslides. We spent significant amounts of time waiting. I think it would have been amazing had it been run better. For some reason we didn’t have lunch until 3:00pm. The lunch was cold and they were out of food when we arrived. If the waterfalls and lunch had been better it would have been a 5 out of 5. Bring your water shoes you need them!
