The tour also features the central park with its delectable ice creams, the stunning San Felipe Cathedral surrounded by historic Victorian houses, and a stop at the seawall to enjoy a refreshing breeze and a breathtaking view of the Atlantic Ocean, where the Neptune Rock is located.
