Joseph Alvarez and Little Greece - I highly recommend Joseph Alvarez. He accommodates to your own need and at your own pace, no rush, no push to buy stuff, just what you want . We went out the schedule to the Little Greece which I highly recommend, no crows, personalize attention just to you and your family.

"Super Friendly, Highly Recommended!" - The service was excellent, with great communication from this family-run business. They provide transportation to the places mentioned, and the communication before the tour was very clear. At the waterfall site, they gave us clear instructions and informed us about possible extras we could add. They are easy to find once you get off the cruise, and their willingness to help is outstanding.
The best part was that my friends and I were thrilled with the trip. We had asked to make a quick stop for a drink, and in the rush, we forgot to buy a souvenir from Puerto Plata. At the end, the gentleman surprised us with something, which made the trip truly special, as my friends were collecting local souvenirs.
Highly recommended! You can ask them any questions to avoid confusion. Thank you very much, we will definitely return!

RECOMMENDED COMPANY - Communication in advance always quickly and easily, first via mail, later via WhatsApp.
In case of questions or concerns (had to change the day due to route change of the shipping company) promt answered and also everything solved without problems.
Younger driver, friendly, friendly and reliable, i.e. on time at the agreed pick-up location. Safe ride in beautiful air-conditioned car to Damajuga Falls. There the driver waited until we got back from the tour.
Afterwards we went to Puerto Plata where we visited all the sights ind received a bit of "stories" everywhere. We also took a taste of empanadas.
As planned, we returned to the cruise port.
A great day - with a reliable company which you can really recommend - that we like to remember.

Not All That’s Advertised - Arrived and was not given clear layout of the tour. Hiked up the falls to find that even if you cannot swim you have to slide or jump (I was under the impression you had steps or a ladder to get down). Upon the first waterfall I was not able to get up on the rock and one of the guides was standing right there, I had to scream for help. I have bruises on my right leg from continuously sliding to down the rock without assistance. I will say after they laughed at me, one guide did assist me with the remaining waterfalls. Once we completed the excursion I was also told food was included in the excursion. Only to be charged an extra $30 USD (all we had was a pork chop and a scoop of rice). FINALLY we did not complete the whole city tour, pulled up to our resort and our driver insisted on paying him an additional $30 because of where our resort was located (the was something we selected before booking the tour-our pickup). Would not recommend.
