Horrible experience avoid - When we walked outside of the airport we couldn’t find the driver Jesus García asked around and after a little while we found him talking to a bunch of guys. He told us he wouldn’t be able to take us since he was waiting for someone so he paid a random taxi driver that doesn’t work for this company to take us to the hotel. That’s very strange and unprofessional of him to send us with another random taxi I was traveling with my family 2 kids and my husband. I will never be booking here again. Avoid for your safety. The random driver that took us said it the usual way of him to operate gives them a little bit of cash to take people while he stays and takes the money. This should really be looked into.
