Catamaran with Snorkeling and Lunch - I can’t say enough good things about this trip! I was a bit worried about booking something outside of our cruise line, but Richard encouraged me to read reviews and assured me he had worked with many cruise passengers. They arrived on time to pick us up in air conditioned vans, transported us to the place to board the boat, and made sure we had everything we needed. On board, we had a blast listening to music, dancing, eating the best meal I had all week, and enjoying the water as well. Franklin and crew made sure we had everything we could want or need, and we made it back in plenty of time for our cruise to leave port. Bonus, they took tons of photos so we could focus on having fun! Thank you guys for everything!

A great day with Alain on the TipTop catamaran - The skipper and his team were friendly, helpful and caring. The reefs were not large, but gave abundant fish and explanations to the creatures. There was delicious fruit, drinks - after snorkeling also food and alcohol offered. Then there was a nice sailing trip to Puerto Plata

Beautiful Day!!! - The pickup was there on time everything ran smoothly to get to the boa and after that it was the best day the music was good food was good and the staff was great... would recommend this to anyone.

Nice - pretty fish and wonderful crew members. I lost my hat. But its ok. Im liked the excursion and the timing fot the excursion was good. Had other things to do in the afternoon. I had fun.

Just Do It! - Excellent day and the price includes everything but the tips. The staff is great so do bring some money for the tip jar :-)

Good time - I always enjoy time on a small(ish) boat especially in the sunshine. (The catamaran has capacity of 70, though I’d say the 45 on board was just about right) The crew was awesome. The snorkeling was “average” the two reefs that we were taken to were not well developed and since the area above water had a strong smell from the engines of nearby idling boats, I’m sure the under water life was affected. Nevertheless, I did see parrot fish, wrasse, trumpet fish, sardines, and one pufferfish. There were plenty of sea urchin, mostly black (avoid these) and a few white that our guide brought up for us to hold. We were given bread to feed the fish. I’m not sure how healthy that is for the fish, but they like it. There were no turtles, barracuda, nor eels that I saw (and I was looking). There was some litter but overall, pretty clean. If you have snorkeling gear, bring your own because it is likely better quality than what they had, though theirs certainly was able to do the job. Lunch was rather light but very appropriate for the activity. After setting the sails, they put on the music and started dancing. The crew made sure everyone who wanted to had an opportunity to dance. One crewman in particular, almost never left the dance floor. An excellent dancer and strong lead for someone who has never done bachata or merengue. Don’t be shy about dancing. The main “cruise director” was Alain who was amazing in his trilingual instructions. He flipped back and forth between the three languages with ease,

TERRIBLE - DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY - If I could give this a 0* I would - This excursion was terrible and I wish we could get our money back. This was sold as a sunset cruise with a nice dinner. This was in fact a booze cruise with raw burgers and an over packed boat. My family of four ended up getting off and sitting on the beach for 2+ hours. It was terrible. 1st off they picked us up at the resort at 1 pm. We then proceeded to drive around on the bus until almost 3 pm. When boarded boat we had to sit there waiting for over a hour, they then drove use in a circle until more people boarded- No joke- It was standing room only.- There were not even enough life jackets for people to go snorkeling- We were told we were going somewhere the kids count touch the bottom so they would be comfortable snorkeling (not the middle of the ocean)- Do not waste your money.

Never book - Screaming Dutch owner who has approached / treated us very inappropriately and respectlessly. We had a catamaran snorkel tour with lunch. Arriving it is not a catamaran but party boat. Indicated that this was not agreed and we were sent from locker to the wall. Aggressively treated and after much back and forth our money is returned. The price we had paid for 2 people € 166.87 . We've got one hour there and one hour back and two hours on that boat. It's not worth the price! Reef's dead. Fish are there after they are fed. And Drink and BBQ is of poor quality. Never book this!!

Sure fire way to get COVID - First we got picked up in a yellow bus with every seat full and no windows open. Some people wore mask but many coughing incessantly. Catamaran was not that big for how many people they jam on there and still coughing prevalent and no masks at this point. We decided not to go and they did not offer any refund after initially saying we would get full refund If we did not want to go due to COVID. Very strange customer service.

terrible - The boat was an hour late and disgustingly dirty from the previous charter. The boat staff drank all our liquor and we ran out of rum and beer halfway through the ride. We made them turn around and return us to the beach. This excursion is poorly organized and not very professional. I would not recommend this.
