amazinggg!!! - This was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The agency reached out a day in advance to provide all the necessary details and answer my questions; they were attentive every step of the way. The transportation to the park was seamless, and the driver was very professional. Once at the park, the fun never stopped: the ATV tour was a blast and the ziplines were incredible—pure adrenaline, especially one that is impressively long. A highlight of the trip was visiting two different cenotes, which was the perfect way to relax and swim in crystal-clear waters. We even had an informative session inside one of them where they explained the history of these natural wonders. Safety briefings were provided before every activity, and my guide was incredibly friendly and always looked after us. This is hands down one of the best tours I’ve ever taken. I highly recommend it!

Such a fun day! - It had a bit of everything – ziplines, ATVs, and cenotes. The ATV ride was pretty long, which I actually liked because it felt like a little jungle adventure. We swam in two cenotes: the underground one looked magical with the lights showing all the stalactites, and the open cenote was a blast. There are platforms from just a meter up to 14 meters – I didn’t dare the highest one, but my partner jumped from 12m and it was awesome to watch! The zipline over the cenote where you drop right in the middle was probably my favorite part. Lunch was included and tasty, and the whole thing felt very easy. They picked us up at our hotel right on time, the van was comfortable and had A/C, and everything was good. Communication before the tour was super quick and clear too. No surprises, just a really fun day out. We’d totally recommend it.

Amazing experience. Totally worth it!! - This tour ended up being one of the best things we did on our trip. We started with three ziplines, then rode ATVs for quite a while through the jungle until we got to the cenotes. Swimming in two different ones was awesome. The underground cenote had lights inside that made the stalactites look unreal, and the open cenote was just pure fun. It has platforms from 1 to 14 meters; I jumped from 12 and the feeling was insane. There’s also a zipline across the cenote where you drop right into the water, which was such a blast. Lunch was included and really good. Pickup at our hotel was right on time, the van was comfortable with A/C, and the whole thing was very smooth. The people who sold us the tour were super easy to deal with with quick replies, clear instructions, and no hidden costs. Honestly, it felt like a great deal for what we got. I’d recommend it to anyone and would definitely go again
