Extra help when I needed it. - Aside from operating on Mexican time, we had an amazing time. Our guides, Kevin and Kevin, were very gracious and kind. I had not snorkeled before and really enjoyed it until me equilibrium played tricks on me and my stomach got upset. One of the Kevins took charge, letting me hold on to the life ring, pulled me for the last few minutes. It was very kind. Overall we had a lovely time.

Fantastic tour - snorkeling with a multitude of fish and sea creatures - We had a full crew on this tour including Jordan, Alberto, and Leonardo. The tour had a chill start as we waited for everyone to join - the tour was about an hour on the water with the guides pointing out special sea creatures along the way. They included a tequila tasting, which was optional, and for those who participated, was informational and not pushy. The lunch was at beachfront restaurant. Overall a great experience!

Good 1st timer trip - This would be a really good first time or beginner snorkeling trip. Didn’t see nearly the ocean life we’re used to seeing on trips but was still decent.

The reef was great, we... - The reef was great, we saw several types of fish, as well as turtles, barracuda and sting rays. Our guide, Kevin, was really good about pointing out special things. Everyone was friendly. The reef is really shallow, so it felt safe, even for the younger swimmers. The only thing I would warn people of is that it didn’t feel super organized. There were several families on our trip and we all had different information about what to expect for this trip. Just expect that you will need to go with the flow.

Pretty good - Reef snorkeling was good, compared to my experiences in Maui & Puerto Rico. Saw my first stingray eel and nurse shark. Others on the same tour saw a fast turtle, apparently. Service was good. After snorkeling, you were offered a tequila demo which I opted out since I don’t drink alcohol. Instead, I spent that 25-30 mins on the beach instead. Lunch was then served - 3 tacos. I had fish while my husband had veggie. There was a 3rd choice which I don’t remember. It was slightly windy but calm compared to the days before when marina closed in both Cozumel and Playa. This was my contingency plan as my original Cozumel snorkeling was cancelled due to 45km/hr winds. Overall, pretty happy. Had free time after lunch to do as u pleased in the area - shopping or more beach time. I just have 1 tip/suggestion - we were offered to buy the photo package for $69 usd which we opted out of. The pix were not great and pretty expensive compared to the pix/videos that I paid for at my previous snorkeling experiences.

Good and bad - I feel we got what we paid for. Pick up was late but customer service was helpful when I called. Kevin was informative and took his job seriously. You wear just your bathing suit and bring nothing else with you to the boat. NO sunscreen is allowed so wear a rash guard. Photographer takes your picture in groups to ensure he knows who is who. There were approximately 15 people and must stay together which proved very stressful for me and my 11 yr old. You need to follow the leader and it felt like no one cared that they were kicking you in the face with their flippers. Because you need to be specific about where you are swimming to maintain the integrity of the reef you have to stay in a “pod” which meant no personal space and constant kicking in the face or body from others. The view was beautiful but if we could have changed anything it would have been less people. My 13 yr old loved it and I would do it again but with a much smaller group. Also be reminded that tips are requested at every opportunity so bring extra cash. The tacos at the end were really good. Staff were friendly but were overheard saying “only give back the locker deposit if they ask for it”. Overall it was an ok experience.

Do Not Book - Everything is about money. Tour says 5 hours but in reality you are snorkeling for only an hour, the rest is about them selling you tequila and taking you to souvenir shops. You feel like youre in prison they have to go with you everywhere and cannot wonder to shop at your own leisure. This is totally a scam. They won't let you take your phone for photos. They say is not allowed, but everyone else in other tours will say is totally allowed, yet they do that so you would buy their photos which are fake. What you see in the photos is not what your eyes see.
