Excelente - From the agency’s service onward, the transportation was super punctual. At all times they kept me informed: the van’s arrival time, the driver’s name, and the unit number, which gave me a great sense of security and confidence. Upon arriving at the park, everything was explained clearly; they were always attentive to me and took care of me at all times. It was an amazing experience. The cenote was fantastic. The ATVs were incredible; I had so much fun. In addition, there was very special attention. Everything was top-notch. I really enjoyed the zip line they were awesome and the lunch was great as well.

Phenominal adventure! - The ATVs were lots of fun! Lots of twists and turns with a variety of conditions through a wooded area. Lots of water and mud to go through. The zip lines were lots of fun as was the cenote. The guides were great as well. I accidentally lost my Fitbit in the cenote and one of the guys dove for it and returned it to me.

Cenote was not what we had experienced , the site doesn’t tell you much . We were expecting a better experience . - We got charged extra $35.00 per person when other places and sites are less . Prices are to hight for what we received , Very disappointing

Promising on paper, disappointing in reality - It was clear that part of the service remained to be settled. On the other hand too many elements are omitted from the announcement of activities: no electronic device on the quad and zipline, extra to pay for photos or videos prized by the staff, extra for insurance in case of vehicle damage, extra to have a locker to store his belongings because backpacks or other type of bag are also not allowed, any payment in cb is taxed by 16% whereas in pesos no. The quad tour is totally uninteresting, no viewpoint, visit or just sensation. The ziplines are good, the cenote is refreshing but we could not stay more than 10/15 minutes, basic meal but correct. In short, disappointed first of all by the lack of information at the reservation and by the oversale side on site.

Nice business park / less friendly welcome - Arriving at the business park, it was agreed (on the description and on the voucher) that we had to pay a tax of 35 USD/person, at the reception we are told 45 USD/person. Although we showed our confirmation, the people at the reception did not want to hear anything. We had to call the emergency number on the voucher to not pay 10 USD/person extra without any justification. Also the park applies its own exchange rate... obviously to the disadvantage of the guests... I don't know if it's legal to apply its own exchange rate. So we + spent on site for a tax whose use we do not know the activity itself on the viator site. We found the on-site park policy dishonest and crooked.

Advertised 5h, became 6.5h. Only 1h active, rest waiting. Staff friendly, transfer on time. - We booked a quad + zipline + cenote tour that was advertised as a 5-hour program. In the end, it lasted around 6.5 hours, which in itself would not have been an issue. The problem was that the actual active part lasted only about 60 minutes (20 minutes quad, 20 minutes zipline, 20 minutes cenote). The rest of the time was spent traveling and waiting — for other people, groups, and equipment. In reality, around 5 hours were spent doing almost nothing, which is disappointing during a vacation, especially when you expect a more comfortable, higher-quality experience. On the positive side, the organization itself was fine: the driver arrived on time, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the location was clean and well maintained.

Good excursion but no wow factor - We had a good time on this excursion and did the ATV’s, zip lines, and the cenote but overall it is a very average place. ATV’s could stand an upgrade. Lunch was good but minimal. Nice bar available with restrooms.

The page states a “mandatory tax of USD 35 per person”, but does not specify which authority collects it or the legal basis. A private operator cannot charge taxes, so this charge should be clearly presented as an operating fee, not a “tax”.
