Great Excursion! - The staff is amazing, and the adventure was super fun, well organized, memorable and a great deal for the cost. Kind of a must compared to other excursion options. The only negative we had is we felt pressured we had to order these goggles and facemask for the ATV ride for $40 a person so we did, then when we gor with the group we realized no one else had them amd they were unecessary

Great adventure! - I couldn’t tell from the reviews what exactly to bring or wear because I wasn’t sure about lockers/changing areas/order of events. The order of events won’t be decided until you get there, but there are lockers and dressing rooms. Make sure you wear water shoes or rubber shoes or something for atv as I was silly and wore fabric tennis shoes which were impossible to clean off. Everything was great and the guides were so helpful the entire way through!

Beware of unnecessary spending and small portions of food - Upon arrival you are immediately directed to workers there who will suggest you upgrade your package to the “VIP” package for an additional $50USD. After declining to upgrade you’re taken to a little shop where more workers also suggest you buy bike goggles and a scarf as well as water shoes for the cenote and ATV experience. The goggles alone were $25 as well as the water shoes. They have different bundles of what you can buy for certain prices. Unfortunately we spent an additional $120 on those goggles and water shoes thinking that we really would need them for the activities. BE WARNED: The ATV ride was about 15-20 minutes and the goggles were absolutely not necessary, mud flies up yes but only to about your ankle, maybe your knee. The water shoes felt like a waste of money as well since the cenote was very deep and then there were wooden stairs leading back up to the outside. (Sandles or open toed shoes will work perfectly fine). They made us go to the tequila tasting first which was fine but didn’t make much sense for it to be first, after that was the cenote which also didn’t make much sense, it would be logical to cool off after the ATV and ziplining. The ATV was the 3rd activity, it was fun to drive but they advertise driving through a jungle, it was basically a dirt track with trees on either side. The ziplining was last which was pretty fun overall, the instructors were all helpful and friendly. After completing the activities you’re led back to a seating area where you’re given two extremely weak tacos. The portion of meat on them was incredibly sad, one of my tacos had literally 2 maybe 3 tiny pieces of meat on it. They wanted to charge $5USD for one can of soda which was outrageous. I understand they make a living off of tourism but there should be much more detail about all of the extra spending. We were very much unprepared for the extra spending which in the end was needless and felt like a big waste of money.

Fun but wish we knew... - If you are staying in Tulum or Cancun expect the trip to get to the location of the zip lines and cenote to be almost a two hour car ride. They do have wonderful drivers who will pick you up at most hotels though. The ATVs were our least favorite part (you could not go fast, and you don't go anywhere interesting). The zip lines were okay (we are huge thrill seekers so not the best zip lines we have been on). The zip lines also had a few safety concerns (they rushed each person off the zip line and people could have been at risk for colliding). The tequila tasting was fun and the cenote was beautiful. Recommend brining some snacks as you will get pressured to get the VIP access. We did and it was a big waste. The tacos are good, but the margaritas are super watery. It would have saved us money to bring our own food.

Trapped, pushy, hurt - When you arrive, be prepared to buy extra. They try to convince you to "upgrade" experience and say that you need, goggles, mask, water shoes, etc. Definitely NOT NECESSARY. Cenote was beautiful. Tequila tasting was informative and she was so sweet. ATV, there was such a large group so you couldn't go full speed and enjoy it. Zipline was HORRIBLE. I've never done it before and there was no instructions on how to control your direction. I went on the first track and turned backwards and nobody stopped me. I slammed my back/buttocks directly into the tree. No sympathy, no ice offered, completely ignored the fact that they messed up. Huge bruise and messed up back. See photo. After that you are sent to get your 2 free tacos and then harassed, trapped, and continuously persuaded to give tips, and buy more food/drinks. We felt trapped and could not leave until transportation was ready to leave.

Don’t waste your money - Terrible excursion. Don’t waste your money. It’s one little cenote… the four wheeling is absolutely terrible. Very short zip lining. Will not return.
