Best Tour Ever - Our tour was the best part of our vacation. We did a private tour so spent a lot of time snorkeling and at each cenote. Our guide, Paco, was truly amazing. He was so knowledgeable about Mayan history, Cenote’s, and the wildlife we saw. Snorkeling was a once in a lifetime experience, thanks to Paco and our driver, José. Absolutely book this!!!!

Memories that will last a lifetime!!! - Beto and Guillermo gave us an incredible experience exploring the cenotes and sharing the local culture along the way. We started the day with amazing local cuisine before heading to the zip lines and cooling off in the crystal-clear waters of the cenotes. Every stop was somehow even more breathtaking than the last. If you’re looking for a safe, fun, and unforgettable adventure, I can’t recommend them enough. They also went above and beyond by giving us great advice on navigating Playa del Carmen, which really showed how much they care about their guests. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to book two more excursions with them.

The best day. - An Unforgettable Day with Cesar and Angel! We had an absolutely amazing experience on our tour with Cesar and Angel! From zip lining to snorkeling to the cenote, every activity was incredible — and having such wonderful guides made all the difference. Cesar and Angel were the perfect combination of fun and professional. They were welcoming and accommodating from start to finish, made sure our whole group felt comfortable and included, and clearly knew the area inside and out.

Great Experience with Jane at the Cenotes! - We had an absolutely amazing experience on this tour! It was a last minute decision that we wanted to try one of these tours and contacted Kay Tours first thing in the morning and they were able to quickly arrange a private tour for us. The day was perfectly planned, taking us to three stunning cenotes and a zip lining adventure. Each cenote was unique and beautiful, and we were able to swim, jump and explore in each. A huge shoutout to our guide, Jane, who truly made the day unforgettable. She was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made everyone feel comfortable and included. She spent time getting to know us and went above and beyond by capturing incredible photos and videos for us, allowing us to fully enjoy every moment without worrying about missing anything. She really captured the magic of the day! On the drive we were provided drinks and snacks and we were even able to make a stop at a store on the way back to our hotel to pick up a few needed items. The lunch was great as well. We appreciated the flexibility and personalized care Jane offered. This tour was a highlight of our trip, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend Kay Tours—and guide Jane - next time we are in Mexico we will look into another tour and be requesting to have Jane! 🫶🏼

A Wonderful Introduction to Cenotes! - We had David as our tour leader and we had an excellent experience with him. It was for myself and my teenage son. He made my son feel very comfortable: he could ask him any questions and he went above and beyond to help him have the most fun. He was very friendly and personable. The 3 cenote choices were excellent. Each one offered a different experience: high jumps, zipline, and underground caves, all with possible snorkeling. When we went it wasn't crowded, so we were were able to enjoy nature in peace on our own. Admission fees were included and the trip took about 4 hours.
