Even better then expected! - Incredible experience! Better than expected. If you're looking for a quick adventure then this is for you. Don't get roped into any package offered at your hotel or the GOLD or VIP packages offered at the adventure site, stick with this Standard package. You won't find better value than this. It was smooth from start to finish. From the shuttle driver arriving right on time, to us being busy with Zipline, ATV and cliff jumping and tequila tasting, there wasn't ever a dull moment. Each of us ended the tour with two complimentary tacos. The staff was amazing, and the customer service was very responsive. It was very evident when I called the customer service line because I had left my phone in the shuttle and the driver drove back to our hotel to return it.

First of all our guide,... - First of all our guide, Humberto (H), was awesome. He was personable, energetic, and funny. His attributes made the instructions fun and funny, and the ATV, Zipline, and Cenote activities more exciting - even when it began to rain and storm during the Cenote activity. I would do excursions with this company again. Also, GREAT pictures, which we bought at the end. I think the photographer's name is Melina. CON: After checking in, they send you to a person to try to upsale you to include the costs of food, drinks, and upgrades. We didn't like this because (1) the guy (I don't remember his name) was the opposite of Humberto. He was not personable or funny, though he tried - he knew his SCRIPT well and he did not adapt.... and (2) it took time that we did not wish to give (i.e., it wasted our time) - we had to wait until he finished with the people ahead of us and we had to listen to his entire script even though we knew we weren't interested - because we heard what he was telling the other group ahead of us. It did not make financial sense (to us) to upgrade. This was the only bad part of the excursion.

Fun filled day 5* - Had a great day, followed previous reviews did not get the VIP wasn't needed lots of people trying to sell you masks and glasses, sun glasses were just as efficient. Started with tasting the strongest Tequila x6 shots, zipling/jumping into the beautiful cenote pools, Ridding AVT's through the jungle with lighting flashing, 30sec later thunder rumbles and there was refreshing glorious rain, which felt great. Three Ziplines to finish, each activity lasted 25mins and rest was traveling in a mini bus. Great experience đŸ‡ČđŸ‡œđŸŒźđŸŒ©đŸ„°.

Best tour we’ve been on in 3 YEARS!!! - I just want to say hands down this tour was nothing short of amazing. From the minute we got there we knew it was going to be a day to remember. Our tour guide was named Alan and he was a real treat. Great personality and very sociable always making the group laugh. Alan was made for this profession and I can only hope you get the opportunity to do the tour with him because it will make your entire trip better!! Great guy and would highly recommend to anyone looking for an action packed day filled with laughs and entertainment. Thank you again Alan and we will definitely be bringing our kids back for this tour next year with you!!!:)

Must try! - I truly enjoyed our excursion! Our driver was nice and everything went good ! The atv ride was great and I enjoyed the zipping as well. Make sure you are in some form of shape for the walking though lol . Booking with them is cheaper than booking at your result , do so please !

Great expirence, hard upsale less so.. - It was great expirence, well run with engaging staff. Each activity was thrilling and exciting. The cost was reasonable, however, once onsite the upsell was terrible. From the ‘wild’ package, two upgraded packages are available. Other than another go on the zip line, the main value proposition focused on unlimited food or drink and visiting a private cenote. Oddly, there was minimal time for food or drink and the default two taco offering was of very poor quality. The cenote we visited was not crowded at all and very enjoyable. In all, say NO to the upsell. The expirence is great as is.

Nice way to see some cenotes - The cenotes were amazing and the tequila tasting was fun. The guides were really fun and helpful. They were excellent. There was a little too much time at the end before the van took us home. A little too much upselling at the end. But overall we enjoyed the afternoon

Does not meet expectations if you’ve done these activities before. - Comparing to other similar activities that we done in other places this activity did not meet the expectations. Zip lines were too short, no view and basically just a stage for a photo shoot. The ATV “ guided tour” was a tour to no-where and to see nothing but puddles and power lines. The cenote was a good experience. Thins feedback has nothing to do with the staff, I’m speaking only of the activity “experience”. We were also eaten by mosquitos so bring bug spray or pay $10 US in the store for a small spray bottle. Also, wear old clothes b/c the grease from the zip lines wrecked all our t-shirts. Our guide Julio was helpful and very nice however, group control was non existent and we wondered around quite a bit trying to figure out where we needed to be. The staff would answer and point but they were not very engaged other than to do their job. The driver had a recording going into the park asking for tips from 5 different voices on the same recording which was over-kill in our group. We understand they work for tips HOWEVER, tips are meant when you receive good service it is not suppose to be to get good service. We did leave the driver a tip on both directions. My muddy Hoka sneakers were accidentally left behind in the restaurant. It wasn’t until 15 minutes away that I realized it. Sent Viator a message right away asking if they could reach out to the park to locate them and see if they could be delivered the next day to our hotel and they are in our area daily. They reached out to the park but unfortunately nobody turned them in so someone took them. I know it’s my fault but that was not cool on the park staffs behalf. So, be sure to grab all your gear or its finders keepers - you won’t get it back! Overall, we had a fun day just an expensive one!!

Dangerous, Rushed & Unwelcoming, but nice ziplines - Tour guide rushed us the entire time- it felt like our group was being pushed through an assembly line. Cenote is fun, but brief. It was my first time zip lining, and it was great! The ATV is extremely dangerous- I witness 2 people hit and fall off and get injured within a few minutes apart. I have done ATV in multiple countries, and this was by far the roughest, most dangerous and ill-prepared from a safety standpoint. Once again, everything felt very rushed, therefore the staff completely skipped the safety guidance before. Also, the ATVs themselves are worn down and poorly serviced. Beware!! Unfortunately the staff was quite defensive and unapologetic, solely focused on trying to upsell us. Note: the drive from Tulum was 2.5+ long with 5+ stops to pick up others.
