¡The best plan! - An unforgettable experience with friends. Everything was incredible, the cenote was spectacular, the food was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. The zip lines and horses added a lot of fun. We definitely want to return. If you have the opportunity, don't hesitate to book! It's totally worth it.

Fantastic experience - We had a great time overall. The whole experience was fantastic. The guides were very friendly and fun, very dynamic, and you never get bored. The place is definitely worth visiting. We have been to many places in Mexico, and this has been one of the best.

Fun and unique - An incredible experience. From the moment the driver picked us up, he was very friendly. We arrived and were given the equipment to start the tour. The horseback ride was very fun and unique, the cenote was beautiful, and we were able to take some very nice photos.

We did everything they offered! - Flanco and Mario were great! Lunch was good. Pictures were great. The shuttle on the back back was the down side. Waited an hour 😫 but other than that it was a great fun filled adventure

Great adventure! - So many excursions with this one package. The only regret that I have, if you went horseback riding your swim was cut short.

Excursion and Guides - Great. Transportation - A Nightmare. - I am going to break this review into 2 parts to make sure recognition is received where it should: 1) The tour itself and our guides - Awesome. George and his crew were great. Very friendly, attentive, and patient. I admired his diplomacy as some of the members in my group were a handful and quite vocal about part of the experience that was not within his control (I will get to that, but I have to emphasize that it was not at the fault of our guides). They took lots of great pictures and videos during the ziplining and ATV rides. We had about 15-20 minutes at the Cenote. This may sound short, but the water is very cool (yet refreshing) and was just the right amount of time given you are treading water most of the time if you don't pile onto the platform. Make the jump, by the way...! The overall excursion part deserves 5 stars. 2) Transportation and Communication on Logistics - Awful. We were messaged the night before that we would be picked up at 11:30-11:35. The van was a half an hour late. It was about 3/4 full, only to be told that we had to make more stops to pick up more people. The two hotels that we had to go to were very far out of the way and off a beaten path, so it added almost an hour on to the trip to the venue and we could hardly fit everyone in the van. It was hot, people were vaping on the van and the windows would not open. It took us nearly 2 hours to get there when the venue was only about 1 hour away. There were several complaints and were told that we would have 2 vans take us back to break up the routes on the way back. Since we didn't get there until after 1:30, we didn't eat the "lunch" until after 5:00PM. Many people were beyond hungry. When we went to leave, there was only 1 van to take us back...again. The one rep insisted that we only get one van until a few of us made a real stink, at which point they gave in and secured 2 vans, making the trip home about 1 hour. I felt so bad for George and his crew, as well as the driver of the van, as they received some of the shrapnel for this, but it really fell on whomever coordinated the transportation. Tips for these great guides were withheld unfairly. What was supposed to be a 5 hour tour per trip advisor turned into a nearly 8 hour trip when all said and done as we arrived back at the hotel at 7:30PM. Some of the group's dinner plans, etc. were disrupted and/or lost. Overall, very bad form. I will give 1 star since we did indeed get 2 vans at the end.

Would not reccommend - I wish I had glowing compliments for this tour, as it's booked as an all-in-one fun day off resort. I'll start with the van transfer to the ATV and zipline site. The floor was very slippery-there was some sort of plastic textured liner on the floor of the van that gave no traction. People were sliding all over getting off the van. One woman even fell-HARD, as the foot rests/stairs to get in/out of the van were slick as ice too. Driver was not concerned when she took a tumble-bruised, but not seriously injured. Once you arrive at the first site (there are 2 locations on this tour), the first thing you're given is a hard sell of overpriced "safety equipment" for items you may have forgotten: Safety goggles, water shoes, neck gaiters. All offerings are horribly overpriced, as you're stranded at this site in the middle of the jungle-you're literally stuck with their overcharging you for EVERYTHING!! No phones/cameras allowed anywhere on property, as they want you to buy their pictures. One guy forgot to put his phone in his pack/locker, and was yelled at for "not following the rules". Staff were rude/short with guests, unless they were trying to sell you something. The ATVs were ok. As most are beginners, the group must stay in line and not pass anyone to avoid inadvertant injuries/collisions. So, you're literally at the mercy of those in front of you to maintain a decent speed, and those behind you to not ram into you because they don't know how to drive/stop the ATV. The zipline course was fun as well. I appreciated the double zip lines (2 points of locking in on two seperate lines), and the crew running them was efficent. After ziplining, you prep to go to the second site for horseback riding and cenote swimming. Our guide from the first site went with us, and told us the only thing we needed to bring with us was our towel. Our items were locked in a locker ($6) on their property. Once we arrived at the second site, we realized that this was another eco-adventure establishment. for swimming and horseback riding. We were in need of a drink, but we did not have our $$ with us, as we were not told we'd need it if we needed/wanted something. It seemed as if the guide from the first site did not want us spending money with any other tour operator. Communication at the second site (horseback riding and cenote) was sketchy. We were dropped off near the horses, then taken to the Cenote and explained rules and jump in vs. stairs entry. Our guide then vanished, and our group didn't know if we were supposed to go horseback riding first, or dip in the Cenote first. Part went one way, part went the other. As this was the 2nd eco site, we were left with the impression that we weren't his responsibility, waiting for the 2nd set of staff to realize we were there and offer some direction. The horseback riding was horrible-and I'll probably never do this again. The horses did not look well cared for-many with open sores on their legs. I even saw one wrangler abusively kick (not nudge- toe kick!) a horse on it's hindquarters when it was not moving fast enough. The Cenote was very cool though. Nothing amiss there. After riding and swimming, we were taken back to the first site for our lunch. Folks, pack snacks and drinks because 3 tiny tacos are your "lunch", and you're free to pay $10 more if you'd like 3 more. EVERYTHING from food to drinks to gear to souveniers was seriously jacked up-you're stuck there, and they're going to make every $ off you they can. You have no other options, so come prepared with water and snacks. It left our party with a very bad impression of the overall operation(s). From the initial slippery van/fall and lack of concern, to the immediate hard sell, to seeing how jacked up in price everything was, the lack of guidance for site #2, to how they treated and cared for the animals, and spoke to others in our group.....it was a lot to deal with in one day. While parts were fun, the ugly behavior and treatment in general by the staff was very concerning. I would not recommend this particular excursion. There just weren't that many postives that outweighed the many, many negatives.
