“Informative tour, attentive guide - This was a really neat tour that covered a lot of ground. Our guide Daniel met us at the cruise port and drove us to Peninsula Valdez, explaining everything along the way. He told us all about the wildlife and history of Puerto Madryn, and stopped along the way to point out animals like guanacos and rheas. We didn’t get to see orcas since it was low tide at the time, but we saw the sea lions from afar. Then we went to see the Magellanic penguins which burrow in the ground by the beach. We had lunch at the Estancia and it was delicious. We met up with other people from our cruise who were also on private tours. We ordered wine for ourselves since it wasn’t included, and it was delicious. We made it back to the cruise port in time to board, and even got a brief tour of the neighborhood along the way. Thanks to Danny for a great tour!” - Reviewed at 2025-03-18
