Efficient, friendly and helpful - Everything went smoothly, which is exactly what we looked for crossing the border. We were the only ones for the itinerary and got attached to a bus full of local tourists, but our guide was extremely nice, fluent in English and we had a great day despite torrential rain. The Brazilian side of the falls is unmissable and the Bird Park is a beautiful, highly developed facility with huge outdoor aviaries which supports conservation and research .

Animals in danger!!!! - It is a place where constant work is seen with much love, dedication and patience for the rescue, rehabilitation, care and if possible the release of wild animals, which have been victims of illegal wildlife trafficking, hunting, accidents, abandonment, etc. The tour consists of the transfer in an ecotrailer, surrounded by trees of almost 39 meters. Then an 800 meter walk, where the guide explains and shows the sad stories of each little animal. As well as the projects in which they are working to offer their operation and insertion. In your living quarters. Then return back to the entrance of the property. Congratulations to everyone for such an important job!!!!! 😊

In love with a big cat 🐅 - We were surprised by the number of animals and thanked for visiting the shelter. Not only are they birds, there are a wide variety of species, including monkeys, big cats, freckles, etc. It is a walk of about one hour, it costs $20000 per person, can be paid by card and offer discounts for the Ice Bar.

Don’t miss the opportunity to visit - Perfect place, the contact with nature and with animals directly is wonderful. The staff are all polite and explain a lot to you during the ride.

Read the Fine Print - It’s worth repeating: Read the Fine Print. This tour does NOT include admission to Iguazu National Park nor Parque des Aves (Bird Park). In fact, none of the three tours to the Brazilian side include park/parque admission. The ticket pays for transportation and a multilingual guide. He/she is very important in gathering passports and visas and walking them through passport control. Viator said we had to be at meeting point at 7 am. Wrong! The local operator (the actual provider) wanted us present at 7:45 am. That’s a big difference. Unlike the walkable Argentinian side, the Brazilian side confines guests to a bus for long periods of time due to passport control both coming and going. Not recommended during high season.

Great trip and bird park is worth it! - Brilliant trip with some waiting at the border. Guide was excellent. Driver on way back (guide no longer with us) drove like a maniac after the Argentinian border.

Too little time at the waterfalls - Subcontracted to Sol Iguazu tour operator. Good: Nice bus and guide Fast processing at border Visited 2 parks Bad: Early pickup, but the bus waited 15min in the street for another group of passengers and guide to arrive. Then spent another 45min detour to take us to a souvenir shop. Very rushed thru the waterfall park, skipping a viewpoint, so other passengers can catch their flight. Recommend looking at other tour operators that do not waste your time at a souvenir store before going to the wayerfalls.

Company Scam - Unfortunately they wouldn’t let me go on the trip as in their eyes I didn’t have a Visa to enter Brasil. However this wasn’t true as another company stated this was not required since it was a day trip. I then asked for a refund which they refused. It has been over a month and no response. Avoid this company as they have scammed me. If you don’t provide a service how can you not provide a refund.
