Iguzu Falls - Lots of easy walking. A longer experience than we expected, taking most of the day. Very nice National Park.

A nice walk on top of the various waterfalls of Iguazu - Everything was well organised: Pick-up at hotel Park tickets (bought by yourself or through the company) Option to take the boat ride (I decided against it) The different walking tours accompanied by our guide Daniela (she did a great job) Drop-off at the hotel

Iguazu Falls trip - Very good tour. The only thing is that we didn’t know what exact time was the pickup from the hotel, we could have planned our breakfast time better. The paper instructions for pick up was 7 Am and we had to have breakfast early at 6:30 Am. The pick up time was 8:30 Am., If we knew that the pick up time was 830Am, we could have breakfast time better.

This park was amazing!... - This park was amazing! Definitely one of the most incredible places I’ve been. The guide did a good job and was also humorous. I liked that there were multiple options to eat for lunch.

Good Experience - Sergio was a great tour guide. Gave us important information and enough time at each place without being overbearing. The only thing I recommend is to buy your tickets ahead of time (the website didn’t work for us) or have cash. The park’s VISA system was down and made it very complicated and stressful. Recommend adding on the boat ride.

A very long day at Iguazu Falls - This tour was way too long and many details were lacking before and during the tour. We tried to find exact pick up time from the operators night before and didn’t get a response! It wasn’t just the guides fault but there were delays. People hadn’t organised their tickets prior as required on booking advice for park entry or boat ride so nearly an hour was spent waiting outside by those who’d done the right thing and had their tickets. This shouldn’t mean these guests have to wait. Bad luck - They can meet in the park after first loop or rearrange. It’s very rude and inconvenient. There was also so much useless waiting around in the park. If you didn’t do boat ride you had 2 hours for lunch - ridiculous. Also claimed to be 7 or so km of walking but was almost double this! The views are spectacular with Devils Throat the stand out but save your money - get transport there and do it yourself. It is easy. Take food and drinks with you as all is pretty expensive and take lots of water. Very humid with lots of walking. I would not bother with this tour. We expected to be back at our hotel around 4 and got back at 6. We were not happy.

Iguazu Falls - Poorly organized. A lot of wasted time before trip started on the train and circuits to see the falls. Also promised pick up at hotel and night before informed I needed to travel to different hotel. Spent a lot of time picking up guests. Would be better to have one pick up spot for everyone so can experience all the park has to offer. Also not clear when booking that option was to either do the lower circuit or boat trip, would have been nice to have done both which is feasible if better organized.

This tour was a deceiving trap. - The purchase of the tour was a deceiving trap, and the price was supposed to include the ticket to enter the waterfall, but it didn’t, and I had to pay 45,000 Argentinian pesos. I even sent a message to Rocio, but she never replied. Also, the WhatsApp phone numbers she listed never worked. It was a whole scam. Thus, I’d like to get refunded the 45,000 pesos I had to pay for the entrance ticket. Never again!

Disappointed - Guide was OK. The tour was not the “choice” and “free time” tour described by the tour operator and viatour. Once we got our entrance tickets, it turned into a frantic sprint from one stop to the next. We went to a lot of places but didn’t have time to actually “see” much. Didn’t even have time to put on bug juice let alone view wildlife or the beautiful landscape. Everywhere we went was jam packed with stunningly rude jerks. If you want to enjoy the park and falls, don’t book this tour. Your absolute best choice is to go to the Brazilian side: very well run park with much more dramatic views of the falls and warm, friendly and polite people.
