Transportation from Chiquila to Cancun Airport - Good communication from the company on WhatsApp. Jose Luis was a great driver. He was waiting for us as we got off the ferry and got us to the airport in two hours.

Highly recommended - We had an amazing experience with Nativos Holbox Transfers! We booked just a few hours before our trip, and their communication was excellent — quick responses via WhatsApp and text made everything easy and stress-free. They were perfectly on time at the pier in Chiquilá to take us to the Cancún airport. The service with Raul was super friendly, courteous, and professional, and we felt completely safe and comfortable throughout the commute. We’ll definitely be booking with them again in the future. Impeccable and at a correct price - It was all very good! Since I wrote the first WhatsApp, the conversation was clear and fluid, and always with a lot of respect. The same day they sent us the voucher and the name of who would take us. The price is much cheaper than others and the service was 100% door to door. Our driver, Eduardo, arrived on time, was very friendly and the trip was perfect. I would always recommend it, thank you very much!

Smooth roundtrip from CUN airport and Chiquila - Absolutely great experience Our driver was informative about the journey including bathrooms breaks From the moment we landed they were in communication to ensure we could meet and initiate the travel On the initial trip I asked my driver to slow down and he did so immediately and continued to do so for the reminder of the journey Make sure to ask them to travel via the tollway, its a small charge (200 pesos on June 2023) compared to the entire cost Also, tips in Mexico are about 10-15% and these guys do great jobs and go to the extreme to make the trip comfortable!

Prompt, smooth and friendly! - This was quite possibly the best transfer I have ever had in Mexico! I come down here a lot, and I have never had anyone be so gracious, prompt and friendly! This is a family owned business, and Raul was our driver. He was not only knowledgeable about the surrounding areas, but he was super nice, he had the air condition pumping, help us with our bags and had beverages waiting for us. Since they’re a smaller operation, I do suggest calling them as early as possible to book! In the high season I’m sure they get regular customers all the time:) thanks again for the ride. We arrived at the port... - We arrived at the port chilaquila super easy to find the driver holding your name at the end of the port. Only advice would be don’t fall for the extra $ 200 pesos will try to charge you to take the faster road to Cancun airport the ride already includes it. Other than that arrived, had a pitstop to the restroom. The driver knew where everything was, and went directly to airport on time.

Very bad service - Didnt came on time. Appointment 12pm and 1pm still no driver to see. Called alot Of times but none came up. Almost missed our flight. Luckly we found another taxi driver who speeded us to the airport.

STAY AWAY: SCAM AHEAD !! - If I could put 0 star I would! The driver never showed up and the telephone number was not answering despite dozens of attempts. I had to find myself a driver last minute and almost missed my flight! STAY AWAY: SCAM AHEAD !!

Save some money - Save some money and book a shared shuttle from the port of Chiquila to Cancun airport… you will pay only 40 USD vs 180 USD for the private shuttle. We had some bad experience, they advertised a different experience as you will get (dirty car, no bottle of water etc)
