Nice experience - Great experience swimming with turtles even if I find it too touristy. He should limit the number of tourists a day, I pity the turtles. Ocean Tours part day Turtles and Cenote tour - A lot packed into the day for a reasonable price. Our guide Xenia made it possible for the younger kids and the uncertain swimmers to enjoy these experiences and our driver Miguel made the ride smooth through the jungle rut road to the cenote. The photo option was also a great way to preserve the experience. The turtles and cenote visit were the highlight of our trip.

Compulsory tour! - We did the tour of Tulum with Reuben and could not have had a better guide. He took us to see the turtles, to a lovely cenote and then to eat some delicious tacos. It was a very complete and super well organized day. Ruben made the experience even more special: attentive, fun and always watching that we were enjoying. You can tell when someone does their job with passion. The tour is beautiful and very worthwhile, but if you also have a guide like him, the experience is 10. We had a great time and would repeat without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Sofia did amazing!! - We had such an amazing tour with Sofia. She has a great attitude, very knowledgeable, and made the experience so great. We would definitely return! We loved the cenotes.

Not what we paid for - We paid for a private tour. Was told it'd be 1.5 hours at turtles & cenote. Turtles were way over crowded, and we saw 2, a couple fish off boat. That was it. Whole turtle experience was less than 30min from arrival to end. Then onto cenote. Same thing was told in the itinerary it'd also be 1.5 hours with lagoon pools, multiple caves, etc. We went to one centoe floated in a dark hole in a circle, and that was it. We were in & out within 20min throw in lunch and the whole trip at both locations was only 1 hour total of a half day trip leaving in morning at 8am and suppose to be back by 5pm (we were 1.5hr from locations). Ours left at 8am and we were back by 230pm. There is no way to take your own pics at turtles, because there is so many people in the area & the 1 cenote we went to was so dark, so you have to buy photos from the guide and take 3 days to get. We are still waiting for photos. We did a private tour for better experience and feel like we got ripped off. Water was so cloudy & chummy at turtles because they cram hundreds into small sections. People everywhere and constantly getting kicked in head by other groups, bumper to bumper walls of people. You can barely spot turtles and see zero fish. At the Cenote we got to see one, just one cave. We swam in a small circle & that was it about the size of a small above ground round pool. Our guide was super nice, very informative of animals, cenotes, & general history, but for paying almost $700 +$150 for photos for 2people, it should have been an unforgettable experience in a good way. I would not go back or recommend it.
