- Volcan Villarica - We will have the option to ascend one of the most active volcanoes in South America with a height of 2,847 meters. In the ascent, we can experience the mountaineering in different phases, from walking with sticks towards the summit, to hiking with crampons and an ice ax in more exposed areas, where always under the support of our expert guides, a significant mountain experience will be lived. On the summit, we can clearly observe the activity of this sacred volcano through its fumarole and if the weather allows us, we might be able to observe the incandescent magma inside. On the descent, the panoramic views of the lakes in the area and the geography of the place, will give us clear information of the unique natural environment where we are. We will be able to go down sections sliding on snow toboggans. We will climb 1,700 metres in elevation, with the possibility of taking a snow lift on the first stretch.

An unforgettable ascent of Villarrica with exceptional guides - We had the chance to live an absolutely unforgettable experience with Zenit Travel during the ascent of the Villarrica volcano.
As soon as we arrived, everything was extremely well organized. The equipment, the explanations, the logistics, every detail was taken care of with remarkable professionalism. You immediately feel that you are in very good hands. But what really made this experience exceptional were the guides.
A huge thank you to Victor, Mauricio and Felipe, three simply incredible guides. Professional, reassuring, patient and passionate, they have created a climate of trust from start to finish. Their support allowed us to push our limits safely, while taking full advantage of this unique adventure.
They were present at every stage, attentive to the rhythm of each, always with the right words to encourage and support. An experience we will never forget.
If you plan to climb Villarrica, we recommend Zenit Travel without any hesitation.

A challenging but worthwhile hike - If you’re planning this trip, I would recommend this company. We were welcomed by a member of staff in the office the day before who explained very clearly how the day would be organised so that we knew what to bring/what would be provided. On the day, with a group of eight people we had three guides. This was helpful as some people wanted to walk all the way and others use the ski lift for the first section. The weather was challenging but we made it to the top! All the guides were very encouraging and supportive at difficult times. Lots of advice was given to make the ascent as easy as possible.

Great Experience ! - The climb up Volcan Villarrica was absolutely incredible and one of the highlights of my trip to Chile! Everything was perfectly organized from the equipment and safety briefing to the entire execution of the tour.
Our guides were extremely professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. They took great care of us the whole time, kept us motivated, shared lots of interesting information, and always made sure we were safe. We felt secure and well looked after at every moment. I can 100% recommend this tour!

Highly recommend! - I definitely recommend this trip! The guides were fantastic - they explained everything clearly, took great care of the group, and supported each person individually whenever needed. On top of that, they were such a lovely and friendly team! The climb was very well organized, and the experience of reaching the top of the volcano was truly one of the best I’ve ever had. I had an amazing time and will never forget this adventure. Thank you!

A great tour! - The hike was excellently organized, there were many tips on the hiking technique and the surroundings and the downhill with the sleds made a lot of fun! Our guide Francis was the best we could get. Without them, our hike would have been half as much fun! I can definitely recommend the tour!

Great first volcano hike experience! - Great team super professional and friendly. If it’s considered to be an accessible hike for inexperienced climbers it was still a challenging first time experience 😅 Special thanks to my guide Raúl who was very attentive and make sure to adapt the pace so that I will still safely enjoy the hike despite being challenging for me! 🙏 I highly recommend them !

Great team to hike Villarrica with! - I loved my experience and would highly recommend Zenit, particularly as I was in Pucón for some time and have heard from many others that did the hike with different companies. For me, Zenit are a good blend of friendly, fun, and conscientious. I was lucky to make it to the top with a small group, and Francis and Felipe were our guides, and they were both excellent. They paced our trek, gave us support, prioritised our safety, and were great company! I also found Natalia in the office to be great, she is patient, conscientious, and helpful. Thank you, team!
