A warranty - NicolSport is synonymous with a guarantee for those like me who have been visiting the Maddalena Archipelago for many years, the rental service is perfectly organized from every point of view from welcoming the customer (with online or on-site booking service) to the return of the same at the end Rental. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, characteristics that are not always common in very crowded tourist areas. Easy bike rentals - Wanted to tour the Maddalena Island for the day, got some ebikes from Nicolsport. Quality of the bikes was perfect. They looked brand new. Good selection too. Helmets were available. Staff was great, very helpful and got us going in no time. During busy season I suggest to reserve ahead.

TOP rental - I rented a scooter 125 for a day, efficient bike, super nice staff, honest prices and helmets sanitized daily👍

Very poorly educated, rude with tourists - Very poorly educated , rude with tourists . It was the only place q had trouble on the trip. It just didn't spoil the trip because we decided to leave. Note 0

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE - Great ride, but rude staff with false accusations ruined everything, very unprofessional service. DON’T RENT THERE!

Run away! - No problem during the day. They told us that we had had a shock with the scooter and that we had to pay 50 euros the damage. As can be seen in the photo, they are claws around a screw surely made by a mechanic. I asked to see pictures of the scooter before the start. She told me that I just had not to sign the contract. It is a nice scam.

Disappointed - Very bad experience despite welcoming people, be careful not to leave any trace on your vehicle or bike! We rented a scooter with my companion a 125 scooter for 260€ for 4 days, when the scooter was handed over, we were blamed for a trace on the front of the vehicle! The concern is that without a photo taken at the beginning of the rental no proof that the tiny shock came from us. Result 260€ of loc a deductible of 100€ and 30€ extra without any explanation or evidence! Remember to take pictures of the whole vehicle because nothing is done on their side!

Not recommended - In summary, 1 star, because the negative aspects far outweigh the positive ones and I would not recommend this unprofessional, unfriendly and unfair tourist rip-off to anyone! The two of us rented 2 e-bikes, which were not in optimal condition. Consumables that break through no fault of the renter are charged to the customer, what a disgrace! + a few steps from the port of Palau + Offer of different types of bicycles - Despite advance reservation and payment including size selection etc., 20 minutes wait until the bicycles were prepared on the day of collection - Only after 3 attempts did the employee manage to give us the right types of bicycles and sizes - No tread on the tire - Chain not tightened, which meant that the chain jumped out several times and also got our shoes/legs dirty with chain grease - Equipment on the bicycles not uniform (e.g. bottle holder) - Stand broke off on first use without any outside influence, either rusted through or just a completely cheap construction! The employees didn't notice it when we returned it, and because of our honesty we were fined €40 (despite additional insurance of €10 per bicycle) even though it wasn't our fault. - No customer orientation, only profit orientation, with the sentence: "We also have to pay for the replacement of the parts, so we pass on the costs to you" it becomes clear that all consumable parts are passed on 1:1 to the innocent customer. - Lack of professionalism, for example no help was given with adjusting the saddle height and they even tried to talk us into buying a size "S" bike instead of the desired size "M" because "M" is apparently easier to rent. - €140 for 2 e-bikes for a 6-hour ride is too EXPENSIVE
