Pasta Class — available throughout the year
Participants will create fresh pasta dough from scratch using just flour and eggs, then learn to roll it to the ideal thickness. From this dough, they will hand-cut delicate tagliatelle and shape and fill ravioli with a classic Umbrian filling.

Pizza Class — offered in summer, weather permitting
In a charming private garden, participants will prepare pizza, mastering the art of stretching the dough without tearing and creating the perfect base. They will choose and arrange toppings before sliding the pizza into a crackling wood-fired oven, mastering the timing and heat control that elevate pizza from good to great.

After cooking, everyone gathers around the table to savor the meal together. Participants will enjoy their creations alongside a traditional second course and a homemade dessert, complemented by a glass of carefully chosen regional Umbrian wine.
