Amazing experience w Stefano! - We had the absolute best time with Stefano on our Lake Como tour! From the moment we got on the boat, it felt less like a tour and more like cruising the lake with a friend. He was super accommodating with our schedule. No rush, no pressure — he just made it work. He’s also incredibly knowledgeable about all the iconic spots around the lake and shared fascinating stories about the history of the boat itself, which added such a special touch to the experience. 10/10 would recommend Stefano to anyone visiting Lake Como. We’ll definitely be booking with him again on our next trip!

Great experience - Clear communication from start to finish. The boat arrived right on time. The boat ride was smooth and pleasant, and the boat captain spoke English very well. The tour of the lake was very enjoyable for our family. We were going to take the ferry back from Bellagio after asking to be dropped off there, but we had to call the boat back because the ferry situation turned chaotic. They were very responsive and accommodating when I needed to book a last-minute boat ride back.

A Guide Who Knows When to Rewrite the Weather Forecast - Alice, our guide and driver, was exceptional. We arrived to perfect weather, but she quickly spotted that our scheduled private cruise the following day would be met with steady rain. Without hesitation, she reached out and suggested switching our cruise to that very afternoon so we could make the most of the sunshine. It was exactly the kind of proactive, thoughtful service that elevates a good trip into a great one. The result? A flawless experience. The boat was beautiful, the lake was at its postcard best, and Alice’s knowledge of the area added depth and color to every moment. After an early train journey from Florence to Lake Como, it was the perfect way to ease into our stay. A picture-perfect ending to our first day—and entirely thanks to Alice’s instinct and care.

Bellagio water tour of villas and surrounding towns - Engaging tour with Umberto and Stefano- they were friendly and showed all the highlights. We had an infant with us and they were very accomodatung. The Prosecco was a nice touch!
