Very good activity, which allows to see the lake from another angle and beautiful landscapes. - Very good experience. The staff is very kind and attentive, they provide protective cases for phones, a small pouch to hang on the canoe and a place for the rest of our belongings in a closed trunk at the start of the ride. We arrived early and there were no problems, we were able to start early and enjoy our canoeing activity and beautiful scenery! I therefore highly recommend this activity.

Must do activity at Lake Como! - A bit about us, it was our first time to Italy and first time to Lake Como. My partner has never kayaked before. Now for the review - if you’re visiting Lake Como, we highly recommend kayaking for at least an hour and pick this company! They don’t try and sell you anything and give it a very friendly feel. Keeps your belongings safe and gives you water proofs for your bag and phone so you can safely take pictures or video by the see (most companies charge for this or try to sell it!) Would recommend any activity this company have to offer - you’re in safe hands. Spoken English is also excellent for those that don’t speak Italian.

Lake como kayaking - Really good experience. Very nice person, very fend for yourself "Here is your kayak, here is your stick & off you go" brilliant as we were the only ones on the lake in a kayak. would recommend!

Bellagio kayaking experience - Great and fun experience! Beautiful sights, very quiet and private not at all busy. The kayaks were in great condition and staff was beyond helpful and attentive. Would absolutely recommend.

Highly recommend, would do this again! - The views were amazing, this was a great way to be active and see more of the area from the lake view! The meeting point was easy to find once we arrived at Bellagio and the organizers were very helpful, friendly and had everything we needed (life jackets, waterproof cases for our phones, bags to store any personal items). They even kindly rescheduled our reservation due to a travel delay on our end. I highly recommend, I would do this again!

Looks nice but wasn't able to do it. No refund! - I cannot speak about the experience itself as I did not manage to make it due to unforeseen circumstances with a medical emergency. Previously when booking, they did not state that that do not offer any refunds at all (even partial) if cancelled less than 24 hours before the starting time. It was extremely disappointing to not even get a partial refund given the fact that I did not participate. I can now see the cancellation policy has been updated since however I would be more inclined to book on the day next time. I also emailed to ask if there was anywhere safe to secure belongings and their response was 'in our van' so I do question their legitimacy as I definitely would not feel safe to leave anything of any value in someone's van.
