The anticipation of a day spent exploring the ocean’s wonders had me buzzing with excitement. As a former professional surfer, I’ve spent countless hours riding waves and exploring the depths of the sea, but there’s always something new to discover in these crystal-clear waters.

Upon arrival, I was greeted by Blais and Jeff, our charismatic guides for the day. Their infectious enthusiasm set the tone for what promised to be an unforgettable adventure. We boarded the sleek vessel, and with a gentle breeze at our backs, we set sail into the vast blue expanse. The plan was to indulge in some snorkeling and explore the vibrant marine life that calls these waters home.

We even had the chance to spot the famous “JoJo” dolphin, a local celebrity known for its playful antics.

After a few hours of snorkeling, we took a break on a nearby sandbar. The soft, powdery sand beneath my feet was a welcome respite, and I couldn’t resist the urge to search for sand dollars. It was a moment of pure bliss, surrounded by the beauty of nature and the camaraderie of fellow adventurers.

A Taste of Island Life

As we cruised back towards the marina, Blais and Jeff treated us to a selection of snacks and drinks. The sun began to dip below the horizon, painting the sky in hues of orange and pink. It was the perfect end to a perfect day.
