Cemorolawang - Once you have checked into your hotel, your driver will be ready to take you on a tour of Cemara Lawang Village. Madakaripura Waterfall - Before heading to your hotel in Bromo, you’ll stop at the stunning Madakaripura Waterfall. From the parking area, a motorbike ride with a driver will take you to the entrance gate. A local guide (required) will accompany you to explore the waterfall. Revel in the breathtaking beauty and tranquil atmosphere.

Seruni Point - This is an excellent spot to witness the sunset. From here, you can admire the spectacular view of the Bromo crater and the Sand Sea.

Bromo Sunrise Tour

King Kong Hill - Your adventure begins at 3:30 AM from the hotel, with a 45-minute Jeep ride to King Kong View Point (2,600 meters above sea level) to catch the sunrise. Be sure to wear a jacket and long pants as it will be chilly. While waiting for the sunrise, enjoy a hot drink to warm up.

Sand Sea - Once the sun has risen, your Jeep driver will be ready to take you down into the black volcanic Sand Sea. If you wish to explore this magnificent landscape on foot, simply ask the driver to stop. Otherwise, he will take you to the parking area where your hike to Mount Bromo begins.

Luhur Poten Temple - Your Jeep will park near the Luhur Poten Temple, which is still actively used by the local Hindu community. It is often closed, but if open, be sure to take a look inside.

Mount Bromo - It is a 45-minute walk to the summit of Mount Bromo. Take your time to appreciate this inspiring greyish landscape.

Bromo is an active volcano, not the highest peak, situated in the middle of the Sand Sea, a protected nature reserve since 1919. Depending on the volcano’s activity, the Indonesian Center of Volcanology issues warnings.

Blue Fire & Ijen Crater Lake Experience

Ijen Crater - The mesmerizing blue fire phenomenon is visible only at night, so you will depart at midnight. The drive to Paltuding, where your hike to the crater lake begins, takes about 2 hours. Ijen Crater Lake is one of the largest blue fire areas in the world. Remember, blue fire is not lava; it is a chemical reaction between gases released by the volcano and the air. Upon arrival in Paltuding, your local guide will provide gas masks.
Descending into the crater of the active Ijen volcano, which contains the most acidic lake in the world, is dangerous. This part of the tour is only for those in good physical condition and is undertaken at your own risk. Afterward, you will return to the caldera to witness the sunrise and the crater lake. Be inspired by the green-blue lake surrounded by brownish crater walls. Explore at your leisure.

Jagir Waterfall - Jagir Waterfall is located on the way to Ketapang Harbour. If you have the time and energy, consider visiting this hidden gem.

Ketapang Ferry - You will be dropped off at Ketapang Harbour, where you can catch the ferry to Bali.
