About Lost Trails ATV Adventures

After struggling to find a safe and legal space to ride their ATVs, Leslie Novak and her family decided to create one. Open since 2011, Lost Trails ATV Adventuresis a 2,000+ acre park near Scranton with a variety of trail-riding terrain. “There’s a huge subculture of ATV enthusiasts in the New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania region, but it’s very rare to find a legal area to ride. We provide a safe space for the community to enjoy their passion.”

Visitors of the park are welcome to bring their own ATVs, UTVs and dirt bikes, or rent from Lost Trails. Novak and her family also offer guided ATV trail tours.

The Problem

Novak did not have an online booking partner before Peek. Instead, she accepted walk-in and phone reservations. However, the influx of phone calls, voicemails and walk-ins proved to be overwhelming. “I would return voicemails late into the night during our off days,” she said. “I also had to hire an extra assistant to help four days a week with reservations and check-in. Sometimes she’d be on the phone for 10 minutes while people waited in line.”

If a customer wants an ATV rental or Wildcat rental, I can clone the original booking instead of entering the same information all over again.” She also uses Peek’s custom questions tool to protect her business from potential legal disputes.
