Though she graduated with a degree in marketing, Muriel Foucher decided to follow her passion for cooking. For 10 years, Foucher operated a successful cooking school teaching French cuisine to English speaking tourists in Paris, while also doing marketing work on the side.
When her husband landed a job with Microsoft, Foucher closed her school in Paris and opened Paris Eastside. Foucher continues to share her talent and love for French cuisine with her clients, teaching cooking classes in Downtown Bellevue, at private locations and at Pike Place market.
Before using an online booking system, Foucher managed her business using Outlook tools.
