Our journey to Prizren starts in the morning. In about 2 hours, we reach Prizren and meet up with our local guide. We take a walking tour of the city, visiting the Sinan Pasha Mosque, The Church of Our Lady of Ljevis (a UNESCO-protected site), The Prizren League Museum, and the Ottoman Old Town, famous for its filigree craftsmen who work with gold and silver.
Take some time off for lunch and explore the town, passing by traditional medieval homes and make your way to the castle for a stunning view. Prizren boasts the most well-preserved Ottoman architecture throughout Kosovo.
We head back to Tirana late in the afternoon, with a brief halt at the town of Rubik.
