Great service! - This is a great service! They were very responsive a couple times when I reached out with questions. The afternoon before they messaged me on WhatsApp to let me know the name of the driver and what his vehicle looked like. The driver was already waiting outside our hotel when we got down at the start time. He was a very kind man who was extremely helpful with us loading our kids and backpack. When we arrived at the site he was very helpful with getting us oriented and asked us whether we would like him to drive us from station to station or if we would like to walk and then meet him when we were done at the last station. He was ready and waiting for us when we were ready to head back a few hours later and was kind enough to drop us off at a restaurant near hotel at our request so that we could avoid having to walk from the hotel to the restaurant. I highly recommend this service! Tip for travelers - buy your tickets to Teotihuacan online in advance to avoid having to wait in line when you get there.

Excellent Transport Service - Our driver was kind and the car was comfortable and clean. Communication was excellent with our tour operator who confirmed our booking and address. Our driver navigated Cdmx traffic like it was an art form and we arrived to the site promptly before the crowds. Having a driver allowed us the piece of mind to explore at our leisure and we much preferred the flexibility to the previous trip when we had a guide and a group.

Teotihuacan day trip from CDMX - We had a wonderful trip to Teotihuacan. Carlos picked us up promptly at 7am to start the trip. On the way he provided us with lots of interesting facts about the areas we were passing through. We arrived just before the site opened (8am) and were some of the first through the gates. Teotihuacan is absolutely amazing. We spent about three hours exploring and when we were ready to go we simply messaged Carlos and we were on our way home. Highly recommended

Great trip with Carlos - Last year my company had a trip planned to Teotihuacan and contacted Excellentravel. Carlos was our driver, picked us up on time and made our trip enjoyable. So this year when a friend and I came back to Mexico City and planned a trip to the pyramids, I instantly contacted Carlos to arrange for ground travel. He did not disappoint.
