After booking your transport, rest assured that the status of your flight will be monitored continuously. It is crucial to provide at least 24 hours’ notice if there are any changes to your flight to allow for a seamless booking adjustment. Failure to notify us of a different flight arrival may incur additional charges for a second waiting period, as we will be present for your originally scheduled flight.

Upon arrival at Tulum Airport, the company driver will send a WhatsApp message indicating their exact location. Do not worry; we will be there even if your flight is delayed.

This ticket is valid for one Ida service only.
