Excellent, professional, on time and secure - Our experience was fantastic. Our driver Chino was the best driver and host we ever had in the many trips we had traveled. He was on time and accommodated all our needs. He waited for all 30 of us to come out from the airport and provided beverages and snacks which it wasn’t included in our contract but courtesy of him. We are coming back next week and we again requested this service as we feel safe and secure with him.

Next day he was with us, very patient and pleasant. He is very punctual. Last day of our stay, he picked us, stopped when we needed him to, took us to the airport. I will recommend him 100 percent.

Hassle free experience - Hassle free and right on time. Vehicle was clean and the driver was right outside the Puerto Plata airport terminal as you exit with my name board. Dropped us off to our AirBnB with it any issues.

Viator was awful to deal with - I had to change my reservation through Viator and it was a nightmare. Even though I was clearly outside of the 24 hour canceltion window, the email and app would not allow me to do it. when I called I could not speak to a supervisor and they would not cancel the reservation until thery reached the company Dominician Vip Tansfers. they called the company but stated they did not speak English so they could not confirm the cancelation. This is not appropriate as they offer a 24 hour cancelation policy and they wer not honoring it . They also would not allow me to speak to a supervisor, but would have one call me. /when the call came through we did not hear anyone for a moment and then we spoke to someone who is not a s supervisor. Wo said there were notes in the file that a Supervisor called but was not able to reach anyone. A throughly annoying experience and I had absolutely no confidence in Viator who you seem to be affiliated with if you are reaching out about. It is not fun when you are on vacation to spend over an hour on the phone to cancel something. Really poor customer service!!!!
