• Exact pickup time and location

This ensures effective communication between both parties.

3. Pre-Trip Coordination
   Prior to the scheduled pickup time, we reach out to the traveler to reconfirm the details and address any special requests such as additional luggage, children, or schedule adjustments.

4. Driver Arrives On Time
   The driver arrives at the pickup location ahead of the scheduled time and will hold a sign with the traveler’s name for airport pickups. Assistance with luggage is always provided.

5. Start of the Journey
   After confirming the traveler’s identity and reviewing the trip details, the driver begins the transfer, ensuring comfort and safety throughout the ride.

6. Updates During the Trip
   The driver informs the traveler of the estimated arrival time and provides any necessary information during the journey to ensure a seamless experience.

7. Arrival at the Drop-off Location
   Upon arrival, the driver assists with unloading the luggage and ensures the traveler reaches their destination safely and comfortably.

8. Completion of Service
   Once the traveler confirms everything is satisfactory, the trip is closed in the system and a service completion notice is sent.
