2. Confirmation & Driver Assignment

Once the reservation is confirmed, the system automatically assigns a driver and vehicle. The driver receives comprehensive instructions, including the passenger’s name, pick-up time and location, contact information, and any special requests (e.g., child seat, extra luggage, VIP service).

3. Pre-departure Communication
