Wonderful experience - We used Transfer Victor tours on 3 different occasions while in Manaus and each experience was great and 5 star - first time was transfer from airport to our hotel in Manaus where we stayed a few days before a cruise on Iberostar Grand Amazon expedition. The second transfer was from the hotel to the Iberostar grand Amazon ship and the third transfer was from the Iberostar ship back to the airport at the end of our cruise. We were in contact with them several times to reconfirm the pick up and each time received a response almost immediately. We were provided with a photo of our driver and each time the driver was there on time. Very friendly, professional and very helpful with our bags. We had Luis two times and Judson one time and both men were great- and both were good and safe drivers. We even requested to change our pick up time from the ship to a later time and received an immediate reply confirming the new pick up time. I referred two friends to Victor and both told me they had the same good experiences. I had read some reviews about some drivers dropping off at the street at the port entrance rather than right at the ship, and reconfirmed with Victor that we would be dropped off and picked up right at the entrance to the ship- and we were. The car drove up to the front door of the ship and we walked right 5 feet on to the ship. We were picked up at the same place for the return. We talked to others who used different services and were dropped at the terminal entrance on the street and had to walk several hundred yards dragging their bags to the ship. We appreciated being taken right to the front door. I would highly recommend this company - great communication, great professional and friendly service in good vehicles with safe drivers.
