Great trips to Morocco with Mr. Hamid - The trip to Kenitra, Rabat, and Casablanca was great with Mr. Hamid. He always in time. He takes care of driving safe and our safety, very helpful, and pleasant. I recommend him and I travel with him in Morocco for my business and visit trips for almost 12 years.

Excellent service - I used the service of the company in several trips around Morocco, not only in the Casablanca airport transfer. Different drivers that had in common politeness and knowledge of the area. Not a single problem or complain in 10 days.Always in time, so I did not have to worry about late arrivals. We had a 1:30 am flight... - We had a 1:30 am flight out of Casablanca and had requested pick-up from our hotel at 9:00 the previous evening. We had a written confirmation of the time. When the driver didn't arrive, we tried to contact the local number we had, but we had trouble communicating with them. We had the hotel concierge call them; the company was planning a 11:00 pm pick-up, with a 45 minute drive to the airport. That was NOT satisfactory for us. Eventually, they promised to have a driver there within 15 minutes. After that, the transfer went smoothly. It wasn't the driver's fault, but there was a definite miscommunication somewhere along the line. The company sent a text message later, apologizing for the problem. Our thanks go to the hotel concierge for his help.
