Your driver will inform you of the arrival time at your hotel or apartment, always arriving before your specified time. You have a ten-minute grace period once the pick-up time has passed. If you require a child seat, please request it (free of charge) the day before the service. We recommend departing from the hotel or apartment at least one hour before you need to be at the airport. You can request the same driver who picked you up at the airport for your return trip. If you have a smartphone with WhatsApp, please mention it in your reservation for easier communication.

• For the return service from the Hotel to the airport, it is usual to pick up at the hotel 2 hours before departure of your flight if it is a national or Schengen area, and 3 hours before the departure of the other flights.
