• Our service caters to groups arriving on the same flight.

• If your group arrives on up to 2 different flights, please provide all flight numbers in advance. This allows us to create an itinerary and assign the appropriate meeting point at no extra charge.

• If this information is not received in time, causing delays or waits, the service will be treated as new and must be paid in cash to the operator, subject to availability. Similarly, if the correct flight number is not provided, the service will be treated as new and must be paid in cash to the operator, subject to availability.

• Please notify us of any flight changes to ensure smooth service and avoid additional costs.

Pricing policy
The price is per van, not per person.

• For different departure times, an additional van must be reserved for each time.
• Ensure you select the correct destination and product when booking. If the reservation is not applicable, the difference will be charged or the reservation will not be accepted.

⏰ Departures and transfers

• Pick-up times for transfers and departures will be confirmed with you after booking.

• A maximum waiting time of 10 minutes is allowed. After this period, the service will be considered a “No Show”.

• Reservation changes (timetables, destinations, or service details) must be made at least 12 hours in advance.

Are you heading to Playa Mujeres or Costa Mujeres and need a ride from the airport, or from Costa Mujeres to the Puerto Juárez ferry? Opt for this service if you need any of the following transfers:

• Airport ↔ Hotels in Playa Mujeres, Punta Sam, or Costa Mujeres
• Cancún Hotel Zone ↔ Costa Mujeres / Playa Mujeres
• Costa Mujeres / Playa Mujeres ↔ Puerto Juárez Ferry
  Our service is entirely private, with no van sharing with other passengers. If your hotel is not listed, simply provide the name when booking, and we will handle your transfer seamlessly.
  The transfer is secure and comfortable for solo travelers, couples, or groups of up to 8 people.
  The cost is per van, not per individual.
