He is super knowledgeable of the areas culture. If you like history he is your guy! We loved hearing all the tips and facts he had regarding the area. We arrived on a super early flight, before 6 am. He was there before we got off the plane. He had suggestions for sites to explore, food and shopping. On our way to our room we learned he offered private tours to several destinations. Totally worth it if you want a tailored experience. Some of the stops on group tours we were not interested in. And on a private tour you can skip and replace with something else. It was a full day of adventure. He will give you suggestions based on what you are looking for. Or like us we didn't know and he was able to fill our day with history of the region with very great guides. Amazing culinary experience as well. We felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Seamless Airport Pickup with Outstanding Service - Perhaps the best airport pickup experience I’ve ever had. Javier Ortega was incredibly responsive through both the Viator app and WhatsApp, making communication effortless from the start. When our flight was delayed by an entire day, he adjusted without issue and stayed in close contact. He arrived early and was easy to spot at the airport, which made our arrival stress-free. On the drive into town, he shared several restaurant recommendations—and every one of them was excellent. Highly recommended.

Recommend for anyone needing a transfer - Javier made the transfer to and from the airport and hotel very smooth - in addition the driver he had assigned Omar was very helpful he managed to find a family home where they demonstrated how they make chocolate in just one evening.
