Excellent - Our driver communicated with me the day before pick up. He was there on time. Since we accumulated more bags than when we arrived on our trip we had a tighter squeeze for the 5 of us. We appreciated our driver’s patience and willingness to get all our luggage inside without issues.

Easy transfer - Despite we had 6 hour to reach the airport we could book the transfer. Driver came on time and it took around one hour to reach the Narita airport. Very smooth and definitely recommend the tour

Dangerous driver - Horrible driving , very rushed , the driving was not comfortable he was dangerous , we asked to please slow down . It was scary . I will not recommend this again . Very scary for my safety . Do not use this person .
