Wonderful. It took us a... - Wonderful. It took us a while to de-board bc my mother is in a wheel chair. Our driver waited for us and was quite helpful with our luggage and info of the area.

Drive - Our driver was on time . He was professional. Would use them again. Had air conditioning. Only took about 25 minutes to get to Worldmark.

Good transport option - Driver was easy to find, took us right on out. The car was clean, driver was courteous. Although it was a little spendy, it was worth it for the ease and comfort after a long trip.

Excellent option - On time, with units in good condition (air conditioning in excellent condition, seats and seat belts well), the driver with a very good deal (he explained us on the way about experiences that could be done, loaded all the bags of the group of 9 that we were, drove without risks). Adventures in ixtapa - Driver was waiting for us at the airport and was very polite. He knew exactly where to go. He was not afraid to drive in the traffic.

Did not show up to airport. Sent by taxi vs private vehicle we paid for. - Booked a private transfer from ZIH to Ixtapa. This should have been a luxury vehicle such as a SUV and we paid $115. No one was there to pick us up, the phone number went directly to voicemail. After searching (at a small airport), finally, the Amstar agent came up to us (a different company) and called someone who said, "Oh yes, yes, go by taxi, it's paid for. No worries about paying driver, just a tip. The taxi was no comparison to the larger vehicle we booked. We had booked our return transfer with the resort and it was only $50, so I think it would have been reasonable with a regular taxi to be $35-40 to get to our destination. It was the same type of car, not any kind of SUV or vehicle that would have been worth $115. Be very cautious using this company for a private transfer, you might not get what you paid for.
