A perfect experience to enjoy to the fullest - We loved the tour with Diamond Tour. From the pick up to the end everything was flawless. Transportation was in very good condition and the staff was always friendly and attentive. It was a fun, safe experience with an excellent organization. It was certainly one of the best days of our vacation in Punta Cana.

Excelente - A little rushed, but still wonderful overall the tour was excellent ond we had a great time. The only thing would change is to allow more time at the beach it felta a litte rushed at times, as if the schedule was pached with too many stops. That said, the guides were outstandind and the experiences unforgettable

Don’t book from here - Waited at sign for an hour, no one showed up. Terrible start to our Anniversary. Would never recommend this service to anyone and recommend trip advisor to remove this vendor. Waiting location hard to find and no one is there to help

DISAPPOINTMENT. I DO NOT RECOMMEND - In May, we booked a transfer to the Paradisus Grand Cana hotel from the airport. The transfer upon arrival was smooth and the driver was very friendly, but the return service to the airport never arrived. The service was already paid for, we contacted them on the day of the transfer and no one answered, the day before they themselves confirmed their arrival at 3:30 am because our flight left at 6 in the morning. We had to pay for an Uber to get there, as we were already late waiting. When we requested a refund, we were simply told that they would check with the manager, and to date, there has been no response. It's a shame. We had had pleasant experiences with the people of Punta Cana, but they are the exception. Not reliable at all
